“I intended on going to Walmart, but walked right by this place. I’ve a new iPhone 15 Pro Max & they had a decent variety of cases. Mostly between $20 & $34. Perfect, I just want something that will prevent damage when I drop, not something for spending days submerged in the ocean. I also wanted a glass screen protector. Then they talked me into a $5 camera lenses protector.They explained everything clearly, bargained the cost a bit, hooked me up with a case I really like (simple with a soft rubber interior layer for shock protection like my last of 5yrs). They also installed my screen protector glass & camera shield. I walked out at $37 very pleased. Plus they were friendly & happy people, my kind of place.”

“I needed to buy some charging cables and other items for my cell phone this morning. I don't know a lot about electronics or exactly what to buy, so it is always with a bit of trepidation that I enter a busy store and hope to find an associate who can help me. However, in the past, I have had good luck at this particular Target store at Grossmont Center, in La Mesa. That fortuitousness proved the same today. As I approached the electronics department at 10:00 am this Saturday morning, I saw a worker in the department not engaged with other customers. I went right up to him and he helped me with utter patience and kindness, His name was Harrison. Harrison sat with me at a little table in the center of the department and brought over every kind of cable and plug I might need. He even had samples in a drawer for me to try to be absolutely certain I was buying the correct product for my needs. After making my selections based on his expertise assistance, Harrison packed up my items [at Target, you can pay for your items directly in the electronics department without proceeding to the main check out registers]. As he handed me my purchase, he said with a smile that if I had any issues at all once I arrived home, to come back and see him and he would walk me through the entire process, step by step. Five stars for Target. Five stars for Harrison!”
