“I had a dog bone pendant made and I absolutely love it. It has my dogs name on the front and his birthday on the back. I originally wanted a hammered finish but Christian thought a matt background would look more clean and I wear it on my rope chain. I was unsure if I made the right decision but I went to the San Diego Jewelry exchange to sell a cross and was wearing the pendant and they all said the matt background was the best choice. It's definitely my favorite pendant and means a lot to me. Thanks Pierres jewelry and all involved. (The only complaint I have when I went to pick my pendant up, I have a 1.66 center diamond ring and it needed sized up from a 11 to 11 3/4 and while I was taking it off my finger my ring dropped straight on the diamond and the diamond popped out, lucky I found it right away. They said it had a crack inside the ring inside which needed repaired but the shank looks like they stretched it instead of adding new gold it actually weighs less than it did before the ring sizing than it did. Less than my appraisal. I have a before and after picture of it on a ring sizer) 5 star for the pendant 3 star for the ring sizing!!”

“After 11 years my partner and I got engaged— I designed a ring online and my dumbass use some an app and measuring tape to calculate my ring size. Needless to say- it was the wrong size- I needed it smaller by almost 3 1/2 sizes. Nightmare. When I took it to J.Derry I was nervous and my partner has become permanently disabled so we have a lot on our plate. The confidence the fella had to do the job made me feel confident and he even noticed one of my stones was already loose. Took 2 weeks but hey I waited a decade! He also told me the platinum coating would have to be polished off to show the white gold underneath and I was sad- but could be fixed for a price after. When I picked up my ring- it fit perfectly! I didn’t even notice the missing coating because the polish job was done so well. Super professional place, so kind and helpful and a great price for great quality! I will take all ourmost treasured pieces here in the future— and actually if we purchase jewelry in the future— I would probably get it from here too because their pieces were beautiful!
