“I have been driving past this shop for months thinking I should stop in & have a clasp on my bracelet replaced and even put the bracelet in my purse weeks ago, intending to stop in. Then I had a watch needing a battery that finally got me to come in. I’m so glad I did because they could not have been nicer and more professional! They very kindly replaced the bracelet clasp free of charge and inspected the watch to ensure that it was only in need of a battery replacement which they did. It only took about an hour and they texted promptly when both were ready for pick up. Another nice touch is that the claim check had a photo of my watch on it for additional identification/security. I was so pleased with the service that I am coming back next week for an appointment for a ring appraisal. I highly recommend this establishment!”

“I brought my 9 year old here today to get her ears pierced, she'd been asking for awhile but going to Claire's and having a 16 year old come at her with an ear gun of questionable cleanliness wasn't really appealing to me. The whole team at Enhancery was so sweet and welcoming, they gave her a stuffed animal to hold and explained the process really well. She was nervous but everyone put her at ease and the earrings look great! No loud gun to startle you and the jewelry is much higher quality than what you get from chain stores. I highly recommend them for kids ear piercing!”

“We came to Liz after several small diamonds had fallen out of the halo on my engagement ring multiple times, and the previous jeweler wasn't as helpful as we would have liked. Liz had a different approach and was very helpful and thoughtful in handling the issue. Whereas with our previous jeweler, we had to ship the ring and wait for repairs/shipment back to us (which took several weeks), Liz was great to meet with in person and had the repairs done within a week to be picked up. She also gave me education on the care of my ring/structure of my ring that I hadn't been given before from previous jewelers. I met with many "shady" jewelers and retail guys that marked everything up 3-5 times the price. Finally, I found Mark at Jewelry by design. I commissioned him to design a Texas pendant covered in extra "sparkly" pave diamonds. I was a little nervous, given my past experiences, but Mark did not disappoint!! He was extremely professional, creative, honest and reasonable with his prices. When I saw the pendant, I was amazed at how beautiful it was and the diamonds were beyond sparkly.
