5500 Grossmont Center Drive Suite 440, La Mesa CA 91942
“The Grossmont Post Office staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We have noticed that there have been staffing shortages for about a year now, compared to our previous 48 years of experience with this location.”

“Karen was very helpful when I posted my parcels. Being non US cutizen, I had labelled parcels differently to what was required. She politely told me how to do it, provided a felt pen for me and processed my parcels as I fixed them. Great service, thanks Karen!”

“5 stars for Ricardo and his awesome customer service. Ricardo was polite, professional, and went out of his way to get my package delivered after I had a very frustrating “missed delivery” process days prior. It is a bummer that the open hours are so short, but maybe they wouldn’t have to be open for such short of times if more people like Ricardo worked there! Hah!”
