“I was welcomed and checked in by Theresa and she was wonderful! So professional and friendly! I was seen so quickly and not to mention the testing was very easy and fast! Theresa made me feel so comfortable and she was so knowledgeable about the testing process and I knew I had nothing to worry about. Facility was very clean and the waiting room’s decor and the lovely incense gave such a homely feel HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”
“I showed up here for the first time suffering from a nasty sinus infection, and possibly the flu and/or RSV. I am also an out of pocket paying patient at this time.I was quoted a reasonable $150 consultation fee, plus additional, as needed. I showed up mid-day early in the week and waited very little to be seen. I was cared for by the excellent Carol Kwak, PA. She listened attentively to my answers and administered what I thought to be an excellent loom of healing medication. She was also genuinely kind through her greeting.I felt that the service I got here was on par with a premium hospital, rare for an urgent care. I had an X-ray done as well, and the tech was experienced and efficient. He mentioned that he's been doing it for 35 years. What I thought was strange was that the front desk MA came to me to ask for payment before all services were rendered/finished. I expressed my displeasure/concern and he replied with "We have the policy due to so many people walking out without paying, especially when we're busy". I understood the concern, particularly in this day and age of extreme criminality in the state of California.It's sad that one would walk in for help only to rip off the establishment in the end. Moral compass' today.However, I didn't think I looked like someone who would do such thing. However, appearances don't mean anything anymore.I will gladly return to this location and medical services firm.Keep up the good work and thank you for helping me feel better quick!God bless. DR.”
“I wish I could go here for my primary care. The Dr's I've seen here on my three visits seemed to care more and took care of me better than either of my primary care Dr's at the VA or Kaiser.”

Earlier this AM, I tried one Urgent Care that didn’t take walk-ins. You had to make an appointment for a PHONE-IN exam! (????). The second place didn’t take Medicare or my secondary- Blue Coss/Blue Shield PPO!!! (??????)

“This was the best quest that I have used. Extremely efficient! I got in before my appointment time. Martha was my technician, and she was awesome! Did not even feel her put the needle in my Arm! She was very friendly. The whole experience from the minute I walked into the door until I left was probably 10 minutes at most. I highly highly recommend this location.”
“I am a doctor, and I was very impressed with Nair Urgent Care. The new facilities are modern, their equipment is high-tech and effective, and their staff friendly and helpful. Most importantly, Dr. Nair is very knowledgeable, and after a brief history he was able to quickly come up with an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan that changed the course. Highly recommend!”
“I got very lucky as a walk-in patient. There were 4 walk-in customers in the queue ahead of me waiting for the facility to open. When they started letting customers in, they allowed the only customer with the first appointment to enter first. There were 3 check-in kiosks. The 4 people customers ahead of me went to the other 2 kiosks, while I followed the only customer with an appointment. Luckily, he knew the process, so his check-in was quick; and because I also am familiar with the self-check-in process when he finished, I simply checked-in making me the first walk-in the official queue, while the other 4 people who had been ahead of me where still trying to figure it out. I was seated for all of 5 minutes before my name was called to be seen. So, I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. My best time yet. As usual, the staff was friendly and professional.”

“The visit was perfect! This location has always been great! My appt was 8am and I was in and out by 8:15am! The office is very clean, employees are very welcoming and efficient! The phlebotomist was skilled and was very quick to find vein.

“We had a great experience at the LabCorp in Cypress. I brought my daughter in for a blood test at 7:30 am, hoping to get it done before school. We were not aware that we had to make an appointment, but, Leslie, the front desk nurse, was kind enough to make an exception and helped us check in.
We were then attended by the amazing and very experienced nurse, Roxanne, that made my very nervous daughter ( and myself) feel at ease with the process of getting blood drawn.
Thank you guys for making such a nerve wrecking experience more than tolerable.”

My doctor had actually messed up my lab orders, and instead of just sending me back to the Doc and getting them corrected, Martha called the doctor & clarified the information! “I needed my annual lab work done and my doctor referred me to this Labcorp location. Was my first time using this location but have been to other Labcorps before. I got there 20 mins before they opened and they had a line of 6 people already. Once they opened they were pretty organized and served the patients in the order we came in. I didn't have to wait too long and they got me in and out of the place fast. The staff were very friendly and made sure everyone waiting was taken care of.”

“I rarely write reviews. This is my first on Yelp. We have a remodeling job which would require removing some plaster and stucco wall as well as disturbing a popcorn ceiling. So I hired this company to come to take samples and test. The result shows asbestos in ceiling but not stucco and less than 1% for plaster wall. They told me that in California the asbestos content has to be less than 0.1% for it to be removed without license and that a more accurate but more expensive test needs to be performed to determine that. I grudgingly agreed. When the new test result came out, there was no asbestos detected in the samples. They told me they will update the initial test report and refund the charge for the new test. I was quite surprised because I did some research and learned that the first test based on Polarized Light Microscopy is a rough test and can yield false positive result. So their charge for the second test is totally legitimate and I have no problem paying for it. The fact that they refunded me shows an extraordinary level of concern for their customer's feelings and a high level of integrity which needs to be praised and made known.”

Relatively small waiting space, but have option to text you to come back in to receive you after you check in. Parking lot is very busy but I had no trouble finding a spot.”

“The second time I drew blood, it was also in this laboratory that Sarah received me. Her skillful operation quickly helped me complete the blood draw. Afterwards, I called her to help find the blood test result report, and she readily agreed to give it to me right away. After checking, the results were obtained quickly and handed over to the doctor. I am very grateful for her service attitude and professional skills. I give her a thumbs up again.”
“I think the service is exceptional when you have an appointment...walk-ins get no love and yet sometimes it is necessary to go directly to the clinic and yet walk-ins often get ignored”

“Got a last minute appointment first thing in the morning. Was pretty quick in and out but the waiting area was PACKED before 7 am. I had a 6:50 appointment time and got called back around 7 am and was out about 20 minutes later. Pretty easy overall and the staff were excellent. Check in was a little confusing though since I don’t have my physical insurance card to scan.”

“Hello, I recently had a service done here. I gave them a four-star rating because of the miscommunication. The customer service said they welcomed walk-ins, therefore, I decided to show up with no appointment. Upon my arrival a nice woman greeted me. She asked me if I had an appointment and I told her no. I told her what the customer service told me over the phone. To my surprise, the front desk lady said, "Yes, she says that to everyone, but we don't do walk-ins." Luckily, my evening was free, and they had an opening, so I scheduled an appointment that day. I suggest updating the information here and notifying the customer service as well. However, all the ladies working that day in the office were very helpful.”
