Took it into pcs hq thinking I was going to need a new charging port installed. They spent a good amount of time scraping some stuff out of it and cleaned it up, now it works just like new. The girl who helped me was very helpful and friendly, she also switched the screen protector in under 5 minutes. Good service and good prices. Will return for other repair services.”
“I brought in my daughter's Apple MACBOOK Pro for repair last Sunday since it turned on and off immediately within a few minutes. Luckily the shop was open and I dropped it off with Steve, the young man who worked there and also answered the phone when I called.I called back an hour later to check if he could fix it. To my surprise, he honestly told me to bring it to the Apple Store since there could be something wrong with its mother board and he could not do it. He did not charge me anything regardless of the time spent to open and try to figure it out. “Want to start off by saying that about 4 days ago I called asking for the shops hours and a sweet, friendly gal answered all my questions and mentioned that Eric would be able to help because she will be leaving soon.Eric Was so kind and extremely patient answeringALL my questions regarding purchasing a hot spot tower.,, I recommend this location 100% even though the taxes are 10% and I could have gone down the street from where I work at In Fullerton and only pay 7.75% but being loyal to AMAZINGLY AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE is number 1 to me as & paying the extra on taxes I don't mind because CUSTOMER SERVICE seems to be dead but NOT HERE! Check them out! You will not be disappointed.”
