“The three team members at that store when I went are amazing(3/11/26), the teamwork between the manger Miguel and Paulina was excellent. Their ability to multi task and prioritize customers while others are waiting was impecable. Best experience ive honestly ever had with at&t or any other phone companies. Paulina helped me, and she was on it, despite her machine being so slow and not loading on her.”
“Needed a glass back and charging port replaced and I supplied the parts. Took no more than 30 minutes, price for labor was reasonable and everything looks good and working well, my only suggestion is to be a bit more friendly; not very personable which can come off as rude to some. That is how you get 5 stars. Other than that I will return if I need work done on my phone, I just won't expect any small talk or witty banter.”

Went above and beyond with a situation I was having with my phone and the girl made an extra effort to get problem resolved (which she did). Their customer service and representation of Boost were above the usual service. This is my new go to store in the future.”

“This Verizon Authorized Retailer provides an exceptionally smooth and positive experience. The employees are all extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their customer service is top tier, going out of their way to help those with issues that most official Verizon stores would've charged for. They even installed a complimentary phone case and screen protector, which saved my phone from a major accident I had on a roller coaster at Knott's Berry Farm. If it wasn't for them, I would've had to shell out $$$ to replace a brand new screen. I highly recommend them for their outstanding service!”
