“The three team members at that store when I went are amazing(3/11/26), the teamwork between the manger Miguel and Paulina was excellent. Their ability to multi task and prioritize customers while others are waiting was impecable. Best experience ive honestly ever had with at&t or any other phone companies. Paulina helped me, and she was on it, despite her machine being so slow and not loading on her.”

“My son and I recently visited the AT&T store in Buena Park after having a frustrating experience with another phone company. My son was trying to get his own line while keeping his existing phone number, but the other company was making the process much more difficult than it needed to be. From the moment we walked into AT&T, our experience was completely different. We were helped by Emily, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, patient, understanding, and took the time to listen to what we were trying to accomplish. She made the entire process easy and stress-free and provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. What started out as a frustrating situation turned into a great experience thanks to Emily and the team at AT&T. We walked out happy, satisfied, and proud new AT&T customers. Thank you, Emily, for your patience, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. You definitely made a great first impression, and I would highly recommend this location!”
