“Came into the store on July 22 at around 1:20 PM to return some Verizon equipment and the two gentlemen that were there were amazing very helpful and kind! The representative that helped me was able to figure out a mailing address that I needed because Verizon wasn’t helpful but he was able to figure it out fast and efficiently. They were also very kind and offered my kids some stickers. These two gentlemen deserve a raise for their awesome customer service!!!”

“The lady at the front desk was really friendly. Over all experience was super quick and stress free. This was my first time ever getting a fingerprint scan done. I did not have an appointment but they were able to help me out right away and answered all the questions I had. It was a great experience. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs this service or passport pictures (they conveniently provide that service as well).”

Opened, lost goods refunded, super fast delivery time (flew out on Thursday and arrived in HCM the following Monday). But Andrea is patient and more, she knows how to explain to a senior guy, like me, who is clueless to the new tech, in a way that I can understand. She took time to assist me log in on the computer. She gave me options how I can access and print my stuff.
