“Went to get international shipping. The couple who run the store were super helpful and took their time with each customer -most of the people that came in while they were helping me were doing Live Scan. If someone was missing documents, they didn’t just send them off. They gave them instruction on reaching out to the business that needed to give them the rest of the paperwork needed. Super efficient. Also the business is clean and not at all sad or messy looking like most postal service places are looking these days. Parking is also good on weekday -went on a Monday afternoon. They offer Fedex (what I used as it was most reasonable), DHL and USPS for ship/mailing. Highly recommend and will be back to mail and ship for things that need to go out asap.”

“Came into the store on July 22 at around 1:20 PM to return some Verizon equipment and the two gentlemen that were there were amazing very helpful and kind! The representative that helped me was able to figure out a mailing address that I needed because Verizon wasn’t helpful but he was able to figure it out fast and efficiently. They were also very kind and offered my kids some stickers. These two gentlemen deserve a raise for their awesome customer service!!!”

“I had such a great experience at this UPS Store, and I really want to take a moment to recognize Howie. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. What stood out the most was how patient and detailed he was in explaining everything. He made sure I fully understood all the services available and what options would work best for my situation, without rushing me at all. Howie also has a great personality — he communicates in such a natural, engaging, and warm way. You can tell he truly enjoys helping customers. His positive attitude and bright smile made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. It’s honestly rare to come across someone in a shipping store who provides this level of customer service. He went above and beyond, and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you so much Howie.”

“Subject: Sincere appreciation for outstanding service today - SNA DHL Operations Dear DHL Operations Team, I am writing to express my deepest gratitude to your team at the SNA operations location, with a special call-out to Elsa and our local Irvine dhl delivery courier person. Today, your team successfully delivered a critical document that had a strict, time-sensitive deadline. Due to a missed connection, the delivery almost did not happen. However, instead of returning the package to the station, the team went above and beyond. They coordinated seamlessly to make a second attempt and successfully got the document into my hands today. Elsa's exceptional coordination and the Irvine courier's person willingness to re-route their day made all the difference. This level of dedication turned a stressful situation into a massive relief. Thank you all for your professionalism, hustle, and incredible customer service. You truly saved the day! Best regards.”

This time, William, helped me return a package, get pricing for sending a package and did it all with the best attitude. He made me feel at ease. I commend you for hiring 'people' people. I definitely will be back, and yes, I'll recommend this site for easy, polite, fun experience and service.”
