“We purchased a DCS BBQ Grill and Burner. Hayk helped us and was knowledgeable and gave us time to decide. He helped us wrap up the items and carry them to our car. There were a few parts that needed to be fixed so we are hoping the bbq grill works once we receive the replacement parts in the mail.”

Here are the events of today:Needed a mattress to be delivered asap to my home.10 a.m. = called Superco to see if they have a mattress in stock.10:15-10:30 a.m. = showed up and saw/sat on mattress. Paid for mattress.12:30 p.m. = Received a call for mattress to be delivered.1:00 p.m. = Mattress in 2nd floor bedroom!I can't speak to the pricing, because I really did not shop around for a mattress, but they did offer me a slight discount based on a promotion that they were having. They also have Ashley furniture sofas there, and the same models on the Ashley furniture website are 20-30% more from Ashley's directly. I'm not sure how that works, whether it's an open box situation or what, but the prices are lower in that regard. No cash discount though.I speak mandarin and I can understand mandarin, but I prefer to communicate in English. I only spoke English and the staff speaks English perfectly fine.Thanks Young and Ken! “I was in search of a Speed Queen classic washing machine and dryer and couldn't find anything in stock in my local appliance stores. I almost gave up but figured I'd give Azusa Sales a try even though they are like 30 miles away from me. The sales rep Autrey knew exactly what I was looking for. I was able to make the purchase over the phone and they even delivered to my home in Downey the next day as promised free of charge.The delivery guys removed my old units and installed my new Speed Queen washer and dryer. “I ordered the wrong cable for my generator on Amazon in 2021. We found out we were going to experience a scheduled power outage overnight on 04/14/23. While we were setting up the generator to use for the first time, we noticed I had purchased the wrong cable. I figured that I would be out of luck because of the amount of time that had passed. I called Paul and explained the situation he said I was close by his shop and he would bring me the correct cable. What a genuine and caring person Paul is, we are truly grateful for his tremendous customer service.”

“We needed a dryer ASAP because ours went caput. As soon as Pacific Sales opened at 10:00 AM, my husband and I were there. We were greeted by Sean who was very helpful and answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. I told him we needed a dryer delivered the same week. We chose an LG dryer because I read they were the best and most reliable. Sean scheduled our delivery and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I took off one star because the young lady who checked us out at the front wasn't the most friendly employee. You can do better than that, Pacific Sales. We're repeat customers and so are my parents. It's possible to lose customers and referrals based on a negative experience with one employee.”

“I love this shop, looks small in pictures. But the shop goes on forever. Room after room. Fabric is sorted by color, designer, food, sports. Lots of Riley Blake, Kaffe, Kimberbell. Tons of notions and rulers. Long arm quilting services, lessons and rental long arm. A few sewing machine for sale. One could spend and entire day just looking around. All the employees are super nice and helpful.”
