Once I had a simple problem but did not know I needed an appointment and the gentleman at the Geek counter helped me anyway- there was no one behind me in line at the time. Today. I walked in was greeted hello and the young woman sales clerk got my order and I went home. I love this Best Buy!”

At the end of my visit he was able to sell me on the item I was looking for including specs, size, and color!
