“I have always been treated very well by the staff here at Best Buy. Once I had a simple problem but did not know I needed an appointment and the gentleman at the Geek counter helped me anyway- there was no one behind me in line at the time. Today. I walked in was greeted hello and the young woman sales clerk got my order and I went home. I love this Best Buy!”

He was considerate when answering every question about any computer and even provided all the specs and usage for products I was interested in. At the end of my visit he was able to sell me on the item I was looking for including specs, size, and color! The skill of a salesmen with a comfortable approach, and that in itself is a skill set not many have.”
