This guy is absolutely amazing! He's smart, articulate, grounded, and has incredible knowledge and experience with auto detailing. I've been detailing my own cars for decades, but I was completely humbled by Alberto's processes and speed.... he's a go-getter!! My only regret is I had his base package, and I should have had a complete clay bar thru ceramic coating package. It would have been worth every single penny. If I lived in the Coachella Valley, I would give up detailing my own cars, and simply have Alberto do it all.
On prior visits to the Coachella Valley, I've used local car washes for hand washing my car... what a waste. They were NOT good experiences. In fact, they were pathetic. So, this year I decided to use a detailer. I picked Alberto after reading a lot of different reviews, and I was still skeptical, but with Alberto it felt like I found a pot of gold. It was simply luck!!!
My advice... don't waste time and money on a $35 car wash. You'll end up with scratches and swirls in your paint; some so bad they'll never buff-out. Find an auto detailer PRO... find Alberto!

“The folks here are the best! About a year and a half ago, I was rear-ended, and there was some damage to the plastic bumper cover on the passenger side. I went to ask how much it would be to replace it, and I received a very reasonable quote. Before I left, they tied up the piece that was hanging with black nylon ties, and it was fine for the longest time. Recently, I had a tire blowout in the same spot, and it was finally time to replace the whole thing! LOL The completed project took practically no time, and they even replaced a tail light bulb for me while they were at it! Just a note, they do all kinds of collision work. This is a great place to get your vehicle fixed!”

“As someone that recently moved into the area, sometimes it was a bit more convenient to get a car wash.
However, I was tired of going to the duck wash I see everywhere here in Indio. After paying somewhere between 12 and $20 per wash, I found K and R.
Not only is a single wash $10, but they also provide detailing services and more importantly, they have a place where you could wash your dog while your car is getting washed. Never have I ever been so happy to do both those things in one location.
Overall, it’s a little places like this that truly make me feel comfortable, cared about, and that there’s still establishments that truly offer great service and care about it what they do.
If you’re looking for a car wash, I would stop looking and just head to KandR.

“Mac's was recommended to me following a recent traffic accident. The insurance adjuster said the damage could be repaired without removing the quarter panel. Mac recommended doing the removal and took it upon himself to set the insurance company straight. He warned me the work would take the better part of a month and he was right. I was out of town when the work was completed and he dropped my car off to my home and even put it in the garage...amazing. The work was done PERFECTLY. And I don't make that statement lightly.
