“THANK YOU MAGGIE MORENO! If she had not initiated my wire yesterday, I would have lost my house. Due to the time sensitive nature of my wire for the house, I first went to the BofA closest to me at the time on Cook - big mistake. The manager and banker there claimed I needed a debit card, a complete falsehood since I am an owner of the account and provided my drivers license and SSN, and yet they still flat out refused to initiate the wire for me. If I had not decided to go to my bank in La Quinta and were not assisted by Maggie, I would have lost my house. Not to mention she was professional, yet also friendly - perfect balance. I also loved how she made me feel so calm in a moment of sheer anxiety for me. I knew I was in good hands.”
