As Canadians, when we bought our RV place in Indio we wanted to have a US bank account to manage local billing transactions. They were great at getting us set up, and even providing notary services as part of their services to their customers, which saved us money. “Went to the bank today to enquire about an email I got. Wasn't sure if it was from the bank or a scam. I told the teller I wanted to see a manager. He took my name and ask me to take a set. Within 5 minutes a manager came and took me to her desk. Within 10 minutes she review my account and said everything looked good and she didn't see any problems. She asked if there was anything else she could do.I said no and thank her. In and out in about 20 minutes. They were great.”
“Today I came into the bank and yes it was a little busy and I tellers were backed up, but I still think that we got outstanding service. One of the customers ended up complaining and started recording on their Snapchat about how they hated the bank. The manager that was on duty put a stop to her immediately and escorted her out of the bank. Honestly when you walk into a bank you know that there could be dangers all around you, but this manager really made me feel at ease and I knew that she had each and every one of our backs. I did not get her name but she was a young hispanic woman. Thank you very much for all your support and protecting our identities.”

“I’ve had a good experience with Sun Community Credit Union. The staff has been helpful, and my banking experience has been smooth so far.
There are a couple of things I wish were improved. First, I’m still not sure how to use Zelle with my Sun Community account since I already have Zelle connected to another bank. Clearer instructions or easier setup would be appreciated.
Second, I’ve noticed that the ATMs I’ve used only dispense $50 and $10 bills. It would be nice if they also offered $100 bills as a withdrawal option, especially for larger cash withdrawals.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the credit union and look forward to seeing these features improved.”
