“Went to the bank today to enquire about an email I got. Wasn't sure if it was from the bank or a scam. I told the teller I wanted to see a manager. He took my name and ask me to take a set. Within 5 minutes a manager came and took me to her desk. Within 10 minutes she review my account and said everything looked good and she didn't see any problems. She asked if there was anything else she could do.I said no and thank her. In and out in about 20 minutes. They were great.”
“Today I came into the bank and yes it was a little busy and I tellers were backed up, but I still think that we got outstanding service. One of the customers ended up complaining and started recording on their Snapchat about how they hated the bank. The manager that was on duty put a stop to her immediately and escorted her out of the bank. “My main credit union is in Washington DC and from time to time I need to use a shared banking location to be able to deposit money to my accounts when local ATMs do not accept deposits.
My Navy Federal ATM also does not take deposits here in Palm Desert, so I was happy to locate this credit union not far from us, down by Avebue 42 and Monroe.
I decided to open an account so as to receive full service banking. The location is great with plenty of parking. The staff are really helpful.
You can open accounts in person or online.
We were headed home, so I logged in to create an account.
In no time I had confirmation of the process for verifying identity and I was able to select an identity protection layer of security.
They sent me several emails to alert me to the progress of transferring some miney into Sun Community from my credit union.
They have a drive through and a walk up ATM.
I suggest using the outdoor ATM in daylight hours because it is facing toward Avebue 42, but not terribly public so you could be seen in case of an emergency.
This is a great resource as so many different credit unions can take advantage of a shared facility and make life easier for us.”
