“My family has been with BoFA for 40 years. BoFA has become an absolute nightmare. We made the decision to leave and eventually found PNC. We came in and immediately sat down with Jose who is absolutely awesome. Very professional, welcoming, and proficient. Even gave us dog treats for our princess Rosie. They offer great banking options for senior citizens and younger people as well. My checking fee at BofA was $25 a month. It’s $5 a month here and $0 with a balance over $500. Senior checking is free. Calling Bank of America used to take 1-2 hours and I’ve even been disconnected because call volume was too high after a 45 minute hold time. I call PNC, press 3 to talk to a branch representative and Jose answered second ring. I cannot convey how much they that makes life easier. I can’t believe places like this still exist. Thank you PNC!”

“The PD branch needs a shade at the ATM like Coachella branch. Standing there 15 minutes in this weather is not good. Also the screen seemed to be melting due to the hot sun making it difficult to select an option. Other than that no complaints!”

“I’ve been a customer of 1st Bank for over 15 years. They’ve seen my company grow from a small local business to an International operation. In the beginning it was certainly a little more difficult to borrow money but that was during the recession as well. I will say that they always kept their promises and we’re very personable to work with. Between Lance, Peter and Ramiro, as well as most of the tellers and ebank team it has been nothing but a pleasure. I banked with some other big banks but I really felt like a number. If you are looking for a medium sized local bank to work with I would suggest you get in touch with them. They may be a bit conservative when it comes to taking risks but I know my money is safe and that is important to me.”

“I go to this branch when I want a smooth and quick transaction at the window because the one nearest me somehow always has problems. I was able to resolve an issue quickly with an account freeze that was due to a merchant trying to run my debit card multiple times, which I appreciated because I needed to use my debit card for a large purchase that day (an entire living room suite of furniture). I recently stopped in to make a large cash withdraw which went quickly and smoothly. When I tried that at a different branch, I was told they didn't have the cash and I'd have to wait 8 days before they could get me my money. Dena was especially helpful and a pleasure to talk with. I highly recommend this bank and I wish it was closer to me! My husband's law firm has done business with this branch for many years and appreciates the great service.”

“I walked in and the place looked very nice. I was there with my boyfriend who was the one who was looking to speak with someone. I sat down in some chairs nearby and maybe two minutes in I was asked if I needed any help. Very welcoming people and nice place!”
“I stopped by the branch and came across PB Noemy and explained my situation with a EFT payment I did that had an error for the amount of $1800. I informed her that I have been dealing with this issue for the past two weeks and no resolution. She took it upon herself to call in front of me and we spent almost 2 hours trying to figure this out. Finally we had to call another number and due to the place being in the east coast we was unable to continue. Thank you for all your patience and help. Boricua Eddie.”
“Was positively surprised with my visit here, Joshua Garcia (he did not ask me to write this) was so kind and helpful, the branch had just been renovated so the offices are private and quiet.
And I was happy to hear that Josh is taking initiative with a working group to make processes less cumbersome and more efficient, like music to my ears (since Wells Fargo is one of those too big to fail and has little incentive to make their processes more efficient).
An example of a cumbersome process is going to a branch to do a wire transfer due to an online system flaw, and then walking out with an entire stack of printed papers, rather than a digital receipt.
Nonetheless, Josh was so great and the experience pleasant, and it’s not their fault that corporate is not yet catching up to 2025, so I give it 5 stars.”

She took about 5 minutes with me to assess my situation and then gave me two options, assessment of loan ratings, showed me details on my app on how to check my credit score and then within 1/2 hour I was out the door with the financial needs I needed for an emergent surgery for my granddog. Meena, this is the second time you have saved me a ton of money through interest and gave me insights on how to save even more in the long run. Thanks so much for being awesome at what you do.”
