Enoble was my branch advisor and he was excellent. Very positive experience setting up my account and walking me through the entire process. “Jennifer Guerra is an excellent support professional who always puts her best foot forward for clients and exceeds conventions of normal practice by genuinely using all of her resources available to help assist a customer. I recently experienced the unfortunate event of an overly lengthy corporate check hold however she did every thing she could to help.
It would be more beneficial if the banking system as a whole empowered employees to intervene more closely on banking issues rather than relying on automating systems to control outcomes.
Jennifer is an excellent example of where human involvement should trump automated control to benefit client relations, banking access and money flow. Otherwise, bankings systems will entirely grow to remote if and when in person design completely fails immediate banking needs and outcomes.
Your Branch Manager is also excellent. She is kind, sweet, optimistic and highly professional. Wells Fargo Branch in Palm Desert, CA has renewed my faith in banking and corporate integrity as a whole. These professional would be excellent examples at upper level training for leadership and practices standards nationwide.”
“I’ve been a customer of 1st Bank for over 15 years. They’ve seen my company grow from a small local business to an International operation. In the beginning it was certainly a little more difficult to borrow money but that was during the recession as well. I will say that they always kept their promises and we’re very personable to work with. Between Lance, Peter and Ramiro, as well as most of the tellers and ebank team it has been nothing but a pleasure. I banked with some other big banks but I really felt like a number. If you are looking for a medium sized local bank to work with I would suggest you get in touch with them. They may be a bit conservative when it comes to taking risks but I know my money is safe and that is important to me.”
“I stopped by the branch and came across PB Noemy and explained my situation with a EFT payment I did that had an error for the amount of $1800. I informed her that I have been dealing with this issue for the past two weeks and no resolution. She took it upon herself to call in front of me and we spent almost 2 hours trying to figure this out. Finally we had to call another number and due to the place being in the east coast we was unable to continue. Thank you for all your patience and help. Boricua Eddie.”
“Was positively surprised with my visit here, Joshua Garcia (he did not ask me to write this) was so kind and helpful, the branch had just been renovated so the offices are private and quiet.
And I was happy to hear that Josh is taking initiative with a working group to make processes less cumbersome and more efficient, like music to my ears (since Wells Fargo is one of those too big to fail and has little incentive to make their processes more efficient).
An example of a cumbersome process is going to a branch to do a wire transfer due to an online system flaw, and then walking out with an entire stack of printed papers, rather than a digital receipt.
Nonetheless, Josh was so great and the experience pleasant, and it’s not their fault that corporate is not yet catching up to 2025, so I give it 5 stars.”

“This review is only for the Palm Desert First Citizens Bank:
I live more than 3 hours away from this bank, but I only deal with First Citizens Bank here. This is very literally the best bank branch I deal with, not just for First Citizens, but for all 8 banks/credit unions I use/deal with on a regular basis with physical locations (Chase, US Bank, PNC, PenFed, Citi, BofA, and FF FCU). This can not be said for First Citizens corporate, nor their average bank, but this branch is awesome. The personnel and management at this branch need to be commended for their professionalism, promptness, and customer care. First Citizens should start running trainees for other branches through here as a model office.”

She took about 5 minutes with me to assess my situation and then gave me two options, assessment of loan ratings, showed me details on my app on how to check my credit score and then within 1/2 hour I was out the door with the financial needs I needed for an emergent surgery for my granddog. Meena, this is the second time you have saved me a ton of money through interest and gave me insights on how to save even more in the long run. Thanks so much for being awesome at what you do.”
