Apple El Paseo Village is a reliable and customer-focused Apple store that offers a range of services and products. Despite occasional staffing challenges, the store consistently provides excellent customer service.
Customers praise the kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the store's associates. One customer, who visited the store during a difficult time, was immediately put at ease by a friendly concierge associate and then received exceptional service from Mageline, a Genius Bar technician. She went above and beyond to resolve the issue, communicate clearly, and even lift the customer's spirits.
Another customer had a positive experience with Gary, who was described as a gentleman, incredibly professional, helpful, and kind during the process of trading in an old iPhone.
The store also received praise for its efficient and transparent service. One customer had their MacBook keyboard repaired and their iPhone battery replaced, with the staff providing clear information about the costs and timeline. In a surprising gesture, the store even provided a complimentary battery replacement and screen cover replacement, which greatly impressed the customer.
Overall, Apple El Paseo Village is highly recommended for its commitment to customer satisfaction, skilled and courteous staff, and reliable repair services. Customers consistently leave the store with a smile, confident in the store's ability to address their needs.

I just got my new iPhone delivered. Cool, oops sorry I'm broken. Apple is on it in Palm Desert. Busy store, short wait. I enjoyed a free class on the editing of photos. Also met someone to chat with while we waited. Great place. I highly recommend.

WAY better experience than going to the Verizon store to add a line/phone. I was greeted on entry, put in a queue and was seen like 5 mins later by a specialist. Fast, efficient, and very helpful.
