Walked me over to exactly what I needed and showed me to some options, the name brand I was looking for AND their own store brand. I bought one of each! Cashier greeted me, asked if I was a rewards member (I am) and keyed in my phone number. Very speedy service and helpful, friendly staff. I've been traveling for several months now and they've been essential in me keeping on top of my mail while I've been away. I've even had a few special requests and they've always been very helpful. “Staff has been very kind and helpful. I haven't done anything other than dropping off prepaid packages for our company so I can't review any of that.
However, had no issues with my packages getting lost and staff has always been helpful.
I do dock 1 star for avaliable. On the local website page it says the kiosk is 24/7 that is not true. Also, the web page says PO box access until 3pm on Sunday. I've come multiple times and the door is locked. Pretty annoying.
But no issues to report other than that at this time.”
