“I've been living here since July 1st and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the experience of living in a plush 4 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse of my dreams... literally lol!!! The manager is overly concerned about the happiness of his tenants. The leasing consultant is super easy to talk to and quickly handled all the paperwork and anything else I needed to make it my home. Everything is so well kept by the maintenance men who are friendly and don't mind taking the time to talk to us if we have any silly repair questions too! Seriously after the unprofessional staff and unbearable living conditions at Idyllwillow Apts in Mission Viejo, they can count on seeing my children grow up into adults because I finally found a place that I can grow and thrive in my own quiet nook. Shout out to Gary, Anthony, Aldo, Felipe, and the entire Laurel Glen crew from the bottom of my heart”

“Payton and Juan are great! I'm grateful for Payton's patience and attention to detail when I've needed assistance from the leasing office. Juan does his best to get maintenance issues resolved in a timely manner and follows up when needed. I haven't had the best experience in the past with others in the leasing office and with maintenance at Skyview. There has been such an improvement since Payton has joined their team. I appreciate you Payton and Juan!”

“I’m so happy I found this place 4 years ago. There’s a sense of community that makes it feel like home. The on-site team managing the experience here are amazing. Dulce, in the office, is a gem. She’s on top of everything! The maintenance team, Robert and Ken, are quick to resolve any issue (typically minor). And it’s so nice to have a dedicated landscaper; this place always looks great. The location can’t be beat. It’s a 5-minute walk to Albertsons, Starbucks, the Post Office and more. A 15-minute walk up the hill and you have unbeatable ocean and hillside views. Appreciate everything here!”

“We have been living at Vantis for 5 months now. Overall we really like it here and I would like to highlight the following benefits:- A variety of activities: games, pools, etc- Quick response to repair requests.- Excellent soundproofing or just quiet neighbors :-)- High level of property security (zero thefts in area).- Plenty of public spaces that are often vacant (why does nobody use pools?)- Modern gym.- Well-maintained swimming pools.However, there are aspects that need attention from the management company:- Some facilities (like the fireplace in the BBQ area) have been in disrepair for a long time.- There is a shortage of gas for the BBQ area.- There is a lack of regular monitoring and maintenance of common spaces. (But in general everywhere is clean and well-maintained, but there are other places) For example, the stairs may remain dirty for weeks until the problem is reported by residents.- Fun fact: every evening at 5:05p.m, water comes out of the lawn sprinkler hose and floods the people on the lounge chairs near pool.We would appreciate it if the management company would be more proactive in maintenance and upkeep.Despite these issues, we really like the overall atmosphere at Vantis. We appreciate the work of the team and plan to continue living here. The apartment complex has a great location and we would gladly recommend it to our friends. Most importantly, many of the issues mentioned are fixable and hopefully they will be addressed.”

“I moved in about four months ago, and it’s been great. I love my place and consider the pricing I got very fair. Devin helped me get set up and has been lovely, and the office staff and maintenance staff are always great and go above and beyond. I had to call maintenance twice for small fixes and they were done within hours to a great result. Even this weekend I was sick and asked Devin for help with a package from the parcel room, and she brought it to my door for me. Yes, like all large complexes there is more noise, people, etc then there would be living in a house, but the people who run this place go above and beyond to make it a wonderful living experience and I appreciate everything they do.”

“I lived here for 1 year. I loved it to be honest. I wish I could've stayed longer but had to move out due to job relocation.It's almost impossible to find something like they have. Which is having an attached garage with a 1 bedroom apartment. Also, you don't have anyone above you or below you, which is rare in an apartment.The only downside to my apartment was the washer and dryer. They were inside the garage and we had to use a flight of stairs every time we wanted to use them. The management weren't clear about it even though I asked multiple times before moving in and it was really annoying, but other than that, everything was really good, including the maintenance team.”

“Pros are spacious closet space, patio storage, mountain views, and covered parking. Cons, far from freeway, and parking always full. Staff seems nice, only one I ever see now is the little Asian one tagging cars. Maintenance always complete repairs timley. I like it here. It's homey.”

The maintenance team was responsive and I never had an issue getting things fixed (broken window frame during a rain storm, A/C, increasing hot tub temperature). Leasing staff are very friendly. Pet friendly community, nice pool amenities (2 pools and 2 hot tubs) plus access to SAMLARC community parks and pools”

“This place is great. I’ve lived here for three years and from day one have had nothing but positive experiences. The property manager Tonie is phenomenal, constantly working and breaking her back to go above and beyond the call of duty. She keeps this place running smoothly. I love how quiet this complex is and clean, no rats, ants, roaches or any creepy crawlers you see in dilapidated places. Most of the other residents have lived there long term and no wonder. They also just got brand new washers and dryers that have iPhone technology to pay for. Love it! It’s not the Ritz however if you’re looking for somewhere to have a nice life, quiet and simple this is the place. It doesn’t hurt too to have a good property manager who is on top of everything and very communicative.”

“On 9/15/23 Matt & Daniel did an amazing job with fixing my garage that was severely damaged. They were fast to respond and more importantly they were kind & professional. They articulated their professional knowledge in a clear concise manner without sounding condescending. As a woman, this was noticed and valued. They even demonstrated respect by wearing a mask when I mentioned my husbands cancer. That level of empathy & class is hard to find and should definitely be acknowledged. They truly make your company look 5 star! I will recommend your company on my social media sites based on this experience.”

“I really Loved how these Appartments looked inside and out!!! They R Luxury apartments and this little community of apartments gave me this safe vibe. And that because I went in the night so I look forward to going in the day time. I was visiting a friend and wanted to see how the neighborhood was at night if safe. “We just signed our new lease here. This will be our 3rd year staying at this apartments. Not many issues at this community or at least on our side of the community. Our building and the building in front of as are pretty quiet. No loud music, no drama, no craziness. Seems like we all respect each other and the apartment complex. The staff: Fredrick, Krystina, Adam, and Angelica are very welcoming and kind. Maintenance requests get addressed in a timely manner. The staff is very responsive if we have any issues or need anything. The parking is a lot better than it used to be. Not perfect, but there is no such thing as a perfect apartment complex lol. It's a nice, quiet (For the most part) apartment complex.”
