“I accidentally got my dates mixed up and arrived for an appointment I had for Friday, on Thursday. I arrived and the girl at the front desk greeted me kindly and asked Arezoo that I had an appointment with the next day if she had time to see me. She had 30 mins before her next appointment and warned me that it may not be enough time to open a bank account, but to my pleasant surprise, she was able to!!! It literally took over an hour to open up my last bank account so I was very impressed. Arezoo was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, nice, and extremely helpful. She says she follows up with her clients to make sure things are going well! I've NEVER had a banker tell me that before. Highly recommend!”
