“We moved our banking from the "horse and wagon" to PPB. The office manager provided excellent support in getting our accounts set up. Later on, they helped us get our trust account set up with similar ease. The references to rude employees must have been corrected as we've had five-star experience. We like the "Lifestyle 50" plan...simple and easy to access from the app. They also are one of the few banks that has/had available safety deposit boxes (as of mid 2022).”

“The Citibank in Laguna Niguel has been my home bank for about 27 years. I find everyone helpful and very professional. All the Tellers know me by name and I don't even go in monthly. I am never rushed. I am actually shocked to read some of the poor reviews because it is as if we have " eaten at different restaurants" . I called once almost at closing on a Friday when I lost my wallet with credit cards and cash, I had no numbers to call the individual credit card companies and I felt helpless. Lori, the bank manager handled the entire issue for me, all from me making one phone call to her. Yes, during COVID this branch was closed down, but that was a corporate decision. Later the branch opened and all is good. Thank you Laguna Niguel Citibank for always being there for me”

“Westcom is the best credit union I ever had. Great lines of credits to buy cars, and the lowest interest among regular banks if you become a responsible user. Great customer service. I was oversees and my car was denied, I just made a call they check my account and my card was approved for future purchases, in 3 minutes customer service solved my problem. Diego Garcia got me all squared away and even helped me print copies of the documents i needed for my appointment tomorrow in an extremely efficient and friendly manner. He went above and beyond to get me taken care of and i was out the door in under ten minutes. I am extremely grateful to him and whoever hired him, thank you!”

I love this branch because even under construction they are still operating full speed.I love the greeting and the tellers are very very attending.The bankers are on top of their toes at all times. “Very modern branch, Its a new built so it looks fantastic. This branch is typically not too busy, however sometimes there is a wait. If you need to open a business account make sure you call to schedule an appointment since it takes a long time to open and sometimes they can not accommodate walk-ins”

Without getting into the details of my situation, I have to say Frank is the epithomy of a caring professional. Frank took the time to look at my paperwork, explain to me the process, and even made phone calls on my behalf to other departments. Needles to say, I was so impressed with his level of empathy and professionalism. Unlike my Credit Union, which treated me extremely poorly when I attempted to get their assistance on my matter, Frank went above and beyond representing my interests as a Wells Fargo, long time customer. She has always been able to assist me with any problems or questions I've had - whether it be fraudulent checks, identity theft and just recently an issue with PayPal. There were funds withdrawn from my account and Laura took the time to explain how to work with PayPal and retrieve my funds back into my account. Her customer service is exemplary which is why I do business here. Plus, they offer great interest rates on auto loans and credit cards!
