“FMB was an answer to my business solutions I was looking for when it comes to business banking. I have been a Chase private customer for almost 30 years and business customer for 10 years. I was looking for a more personal, small town approach to business banking as Chase is never really motivated or interested in meeting small business owners at a level of support we often need. We are looked over and if our annual revenue is not over a million, we are non existent. From the beginning of the process, through setting my my merchant account etc, Nick and Jario were amazing to work with. They were professional, courteous, and took an interest in my banking needs. I highly recommend FMB for your personal and business banking needs. I especially recommend the San Juan Capistrano location of course. It is clean, refreshing, and professional.”

“I’ve come into this branch twice since I moved to the area. It’s definitely a smaller than usual one, but I kind of like that and the staff has been so so nice and helpful both times I’ve come in. I especially would like to recognize Jennifer. I came in clueless how to go about doing my car loan process now that I had an approval. I lost my mom not too long ago and not having her guidance and help with getting my first car on my own has been overwhelming. Jennifer went above and beyond to help me, answer questions, and provided an almost maternal type of energy I personally really needed ?. Can’t thank her enough!”
