“I have always enjoyed shopping at all Kohls locations, but the Kohls in RSM is especially great! There seems to be a very low employee turnover rate (which is truly impressive and valuable in today’s retail environment!) so therefore, I’ve gotten to get to know the employees and it feels good to be greeted on a personal level in return as well! In addition, the morale and enthusiasm is always upbeat and it shows that the employees genuinely enjoy working there, therefore I feel that I’m consistently treated with superior customer service! The store itself is also impeccable! The fact that it is two stories, and that it offers a Sephora inside as well as an Amazon return center, online pick up self service, ample parking, multiple checkout queues as well as several self checkout lanes just make it beyond convenient! And if there is something online at Kohls that isn’t available in the store, they offer free shipping if you purchase it while inside the store! I love Kohls as a retailer but shopping at the Rancho Santa Margarita (RSM) location enhances my shopping experience that much more! Happy Shopping!!”

Like all other TJ Maxx locations, their prices are very reasonable and they have great deals. The place was well-stocked and everything was very organized. Their clearance selection for the beauty and skincare was quite large.
The checkout line was pretty long, but moved rather quickly. Everyone I interacted with was nice and I had an enjoyable experience.

“Haven’t been to a big lots in a while since the Laguna Hills one closed down. This one feels a little cramped but has some great selections. A lit less furniture and more food items (snacks). The staff was Friday each time.”

She had complimented the little space men statues I purchased. Since my career speciality is that. She started complimenting the little statues and letting us know her son loves space. “Overall, the store is your bargain basement store with lower prices on some times good items or sometimes cheapest made manufacturers they can fine. It's not a Macy's, and it's OK as the average shopper tens to be more working class than Macy's shoppers. You will find some good mark down items if you're willing to spend some time on the racks as an organization system and placing things back on the correct size on racks is hit and miss.”
“Men don't have much as ladies! Awesome service at the front desk checking out! Love Nordstrom yet requires to update product and more variety.... some racks are a waste of time yet for business casual and semi formal to formal I'd a fast pick.”

“One of my favorite stores in the plaza. They carry a lot of products and are always well stocked. It’s clean and organized. The only issue is that it can get very busy in the evenings and weekends. The checkout and return lane are very long.”

“This is a nice store to get a lot of holiday shopping done, but you need a list and patience. I was also disappointed they didn't have more kitchen items such as bowls and such. A whole row of mugs but no plates. A lot of holiday and gift items are out now. I did find some stocking goodies but nothing major here.”

“It's one of my fav stores as a child. Now it's my stress releasing therapy store. Im always finding good deals for home decor and right now that is springtime a lot of gardening tools and decor too the furniture is like always a must always trying to figure out where to put it.
