“I've never done a row class and this place was absolutely amazing. Shannon made me feel comfortable from the beginning and did a great job teaching proper form. Her energy was contagious and I'll definitely be back! I need physical activity that's low impact and this class met that criteria while also giving me a great workout where I feel my legs and core getting stronger already. “Shredz Gym is a dream gym, if we were local we would sign-up immediately! Not only are the facility and classes amazing but the staff are the kindest people you will meet! We had the best experience with all the staff but Teddy and Ashley were there everyday helping us feel at home! My Husband and I signed up for their holiday gym membership and class pack while we were in town for 9 days and it was amazing!”

“I’ve read dubious things about other Eos locations but this one is amazing. I think newer locations of theirs (as in built recently not bought out recently) are always better.

This gym is great. Things are new and they have all the amenities. Machines always working, good vibes and friendly staff. Even a nice locker room/sauna/3 pool lanes. Kind of a “meathead” sort of gym, but everyone is respectful and the vibes are good. The pricing feels suspiciously good too, I hope it lasts…

Wish other Eos locations were as nice as this one!”
