Every Saturday morning he's dressed and waiting for me, grabbing my hand and pulling me along as he announces to the family that he is going to gym class with Grammie lol. The gang at My gym is fantastic, giving each child attention and helping where needed. Kobe goes to all of them freely but adores Mr. Sam! “I am writing this from a Personal Trainer point of view. This is my home. So YES I am biased. But, keep in mind, I am not an employee. I do not get paid by Shredz. As a matter of fact, I pay them for the ability to train people at the gym. I was very selective in the gym I chose to launch my PT career and Shredz offered everything I was looking for. Top QUALITY equipment. Cleanest gym I have ever stepped foot in (and that is saying something since I have belonged to dozens of gyms since 1984). A GREAT atmosphere. It caters from those who have never trained before to dedicated bodybuilders/athletes. It is never crowded, BUT there is still a LOT of positive energy in there. I liken it to the old TV show Cheers which was a bar, but when you walked in, everyone knew your name. It is a little family at Shredz and they make everyone feel welcome. If you are a trainer, this is your place. Your clients will feel welcome, it has reasonable rates, top tier equipment, never crowded and the vibe is always bumping in a positive way! She works tirelessly and somehow always has a smile on her face.”

“Very spacious and clean gym with a variety of equipment. There is like 10 of each dumbbell and a lot of squat racks and benches. Masssage chairs are great and locker room is very clean 10/10 gym and affordable”
