The employees were very helpful and advised us about the accessories promotion, lifetime warranties and they also helped us with all our questions.This store is in an easy accessible location; I was able to get in a (very) quick trip to the grocery in the same plaza while my husband stayed behind just in case for logins/passwords. We were in and out quickly - much more quickly than other cellphone upgrade/replacement experiences.”

Would of likes a update but then they got a new owner and I called letting them know if my previous experience and they had me bring the phone in and did an amazing job and I have not had any issues since! I usually dread going into retail stores but I promised my daughter a cell phone for her birthday.
