Over the Holidays there is a line likely 40+ people deep snaking back and forth inside (like rides at Disneyland), out the door and around the front of the building. Those with pre-existing orders to pickup are directed to the "preorder" line with hardly anyone. In and out under 4 minutes.”

“They have so many different types of meats from so many types of animals. It's pretty incredible. From baby octopus to squab, to quail, venison, Bison, chicken, Shrimp, lamb, goat, lobster tail, ox tail and many types of poultry that I've never heard of. Really nicely dressed in butcher's white coat, and I didn't feel rushed. They take courteous time to make sure they've helped you to your satisfaction. I know where to go to get great service and to find unique pieces of meats.”
