Her care, patience andunderstanding, especially when I’m going through one of the toughest medical moments in my life. She truly cares about her patients and it shows. They also hire the very best healthcare in there office, as well as in imaging in laguna they are a part of South Coast Imaging from the front desk person biggest thanks, also to the Imaging tech support thank you. My mother has heart and now memory ,with r a and a few extra needs. Its been alot. They help so much.!!! It has healped me fill in the gaps, that University Hospitals can miss. They have made my health care and mainly my mother's better . I think Urvine Urgent Care is better than Ucla. Its amazing.

“My PCP, Dr. Van Vranken retired back in May. He was my primary for nearly 25 years (since childhood) and was always so great to me and other family members who saw him. I miss him immensely.
However, I saw Dr. Bland last week and what an absolute lovely human being. His bedside manner was great. He listened to my concerns without judgment. He treated me with dignity and respect. “Dr. Long is amazing. It is so hard to find doctors that listen to you and explain you what is happening with your body. Dr. Long takes the time to do that. The only thing that could improve is that it's hard to get an appointment with her. But it is probably because she has many patients. Something that I'd improve too is having the ability to get tests done in their office. It is inconvenient to go somewhere else for each thing you need.”
“Your facility is spotless, the front desk receptionist was very professional and helpful. The Assistant to set up my records/took vitals was equally professional and personable. The PA C Nguyen, was also very professional and put me at ease (as they all did) as we discussed my visit. All instructions were clear and my prescription was quickly sent to the pharmacy.

This year we decided to switch insurance and finding a new PCP was nerve-racking, however after reading several reviews and articles about Dr. Dadsetan, I decided to switch to Memorial Care from our originally assigned group Providance. Every interaction I had with the staff was fantastic, from being greeted by the front desk, to Pricilla who did my intake and addressing my medical history with Dr. Datsetan! She was professional and knowledgeable and you could tell she truly cares about her patients! “I started to see Dr. Ho a few years ago when I had lots of health problems. During the pandemic we talked on the phone many times for various health issues I was having. That was always helpful since the doctor was very patient and we would often get in lots of details about the problem. Each time I got the solution to my problem and also learnt a lot useful things, which seems to be more and more important for me now. Dr. Ho also referred me to labs for tests quite a few times, which were also very helpful. I was also referred to specialist doctors when that was needed, and each time it turned out that those referred doctors were also great ones and they saved me too. The office personnel are also very helpful, and they are bilingual.”

“I've finally found a doctor I can trust! Dr. Adlard was in no rush but gave me the attention and information I needed. I generally avoid doctors, mostly because I feel like just a source of income. But after seeing Dr. Adlard I don't feel that way. I might actually have routine check ups! I actually enjoyed the visit.

“The office staff has changed a bit over the years. They have greatly improved on communication and staying on top of things, which is great. Anytime I send a request through the portal, they answer within the same day. The wait times can be long when calling, so the portal seems like the most efficient way to book, address concerns, and make changes. Connie has been fantastic as my primary go-to. Overall, they are always sweet and take time to listen to your concerns and needs in order to address them properly. I also love the art and seeing a bit of Laguna's history. One of the rooms is actually so comical.. it makes for some funny entertainment while you wait.”
“I am so pleased and thankful for the service I received here. Four months ago, I went to my primary care doctor when I believed I had strep throat or COVID but I tested negative for both and received no treatment. I went to two more doctors and still nothing. I hadn't been feeling like myself, and every time I interact with someone, I get them sick and I feel like I have this lingering cold or allergies. I went into this urgent care and told Dr. Chang my symptoms of headache, off and on feelings of allergies, and fever in my sleep. He immediately thought it could be another strand of strep that wasn't causing sore throat and ran a series of throat cultures in which he was correct. I felt so welcomed here and after seeing three different doctors in another state, I'm grateful to have found one that actually listened and trusted me. Thank you so much!
