“I too have a control substance meditation that Dr. Napoli has to prescribe for me occasionally. I have to see the doctor in order to get the prescription filled. The negative review is unwarranted. The insurance company may not care about seeing this patient in person, but the state licensing board might like to have a doctor see patients prior to ordering up a controlled medication. I don't blame the doctor for insisting on an in-person visit. And it does sound like this person had a negative attitude. Good riddance.I have been seeing Dr. Napoli for 3 years. I am at a stage in life where more things seem to be going wrong. I find her thorough, easy to talk to, understanding and caring.o”
