“I had a ceiling fan that was making an annoying low pitched humming sound and would not advance above Med speed. Matthew Merrifield was awesome. He worked with me over the phone on trouble shooting of the remote and transmitter. He sent me another transmitter but that was to no avail. I asked if there was anything left to change and he said not really. He set me up with a deal too good to be true. I would highly recommend Lamps Plus in Laguna Hills! Matt, I never got to meet you face to face but thank you for the awesome service.”
“Very pleased with the large variety of sofas and furniture available to choose from.
The sales representative was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. We took days to decide on our purchase and appreciated absence of high pressure sales.
Brandon was great to work with.”
“Very pleased with my mattress shopping experience here. Cliff is super helpful and provides exceptional service. The delivery team has been really great. Highly recommended!”
“We bought our Murphy bed years ago! Still looks great and functions very well. We are replacing our floors and the contractor could not stop talking about our Murphy bed. He thought it was just an office. When we showed him everything stays on the desk as is when going to bed, he was amazed. We told him where to go!”
“We had a great experience at Ashley Store with buying our new couch! Bill Breen was our sales guy, and he was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, he explained everything clearly, and he was super cool. They have a lot of great furniture at this location too. Highly recommend!”

“We bought a chandelier from here in 2021 that is definitely a conversation topic whenever guests come over. Best of all, when the light went out after four years, the owner Fardin arranged to have a replacement transformer sent free and helped find us an installer to get the chandelier working like new again. I would highly recommend Chic Home to anyone looking for beautiful lighting, furniture, and decor.”
“We ordered a Polywood table and four chairs for a desert home and love the quality. Mike made ordering easy and helped with pick up. It looks wonderful in the courtyard and with the umbrella (no picture)really pops. Thank you Mike for your service and when we are ready to replace patio furniture, we will be sure to order from you.”
“This is a great company with excellent customer service. The Customer Service Manager, Deb, is a delight to work with and she went above and beyond to schedule our delivery when we needed it. She is doing a tremendous job! We will definitely recommend Comforts of Home & The Sofa Shop to our friends and family.”
“Found their furniture to be very comfortable and since it is made to order, it was exactly what we wanted. Good selection of fabrics and pet friendly options. I thought the prices were fair and the staff made great recommendations.”
“Efren helped me transform my new coastal beach house from an older, empty space into a warm and relaxing holiday oasis. We always look forward to seeing our new home, and we are extremely grateful for his help. After speaking to Ephren about my budget and vision, he curated unique pieces that fit our space and brought new life into it. He custom purchased furniture to match our taste at an extremely efficient rate, and he made sure each item was affordable and durable. The entire process was accessible and easy to go through for a person like me, who has no interior design experience, and I cannot recommend his services enough!”
“Enjoyable shopping experience! Great selection of furniture and competitive pricing! Experienced customer service! Very helpful and knowledgeable with no pressure to buy! I recommend everyone need furniture to buy your furniture from room and closet.”
