“It was a nice experience with the sales person putting forth a lot of effort into ensuring I have the right recliner at the right price point. I’ve dreamt of owning a la-z-boy since learning about them as a child and achieving one is a rite of passage as I am journeying through my midlife. Would definitely buy again, but it might have to be an addition or for other furniture because their 50 year warranty on top of their quality construction makes these irreplaceable.”

“Always an interesting experience shopping here, so many unique items and an incredible variety of foods, decor, clothing, kitchenware, and more from all over the world. Prices are ok, but something in each dept. is always on sale. I shop for one-of-a-kind and hard to find stuff here for gifts and myself lol. 1. A Manager named Bailey followed up with me on the 4th of July to address my concerns, investigate the complaint and resolve the issue. She went above & beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. Lovesac is lucky to have an employee like Bailey.
2. Now that I've received all of the missing components, I can report, Stealthtech is awesome!”

We gave them a 20+ year old sectional that required a complete tear down and they gave us a back a beautiful piece of furniture that will hopefully last us another 20+ years. Cost, communication and delivery were also 5*. Highly recommended.”
“The new Ulta inside this Target is better than the regular Ulta. Better staffed. Brittany gave me the best customer service. I asked her to recommend anti aging liquid concealer, applicator brush, and setting spray. I usually just use mineral powder as a foundation but I needed something with more coverage and moisture. Brittany was excellent- knowledgeable, kind and patient.”

“I was here today just visiting for vacation, and the lady infront of me in line was absolutely unbearable. She had to wait 5 minutes for her turn before she starts asking the manager what the problem is, then immediately says she's going to report the manager and do everything she can to get her in trouble. I believe the managers name was Elizabeth L. And I wanted to come and say she did an amazing job de-escalating the situation and then getting right back to work. She should not be punished and in fact should be praised she could handle such an irritating person so well. It can be very difficult to handle retail.”
“I was visiting the store while shopping with my wife and decided to take a seat in one of the comfortable arm chairs and do some online shopping. While doing so I accidentally dropped $100 cash in one of the cushions of the seat.
Later on after discovering that I had lost it, I called the store. They let me know they would keep an eye out, but my hopes were not high, I was sure someone shopping would have spotted it and probably thought of it as a Christmas miracle, and went on to buy some presents with it.
But sure enough, a few days later I got a call from pottery barn and they had found it! One of the employees had spotted it and set it aside. I know $100 isn’t much anymore but it was extremely meaningful to me that the pottery barn employees went above and beyond. Integrity and honesty go a long way in my book and I hope that their management is proud to have great employees like them. Thank you and Merry Christmas!”
“Tyler is the best! Went there for an item it says there’s 1 in stock online. Tyler saw me looking around, asked me if I needed help. He found the item I was looking for on his device, we looked on the isle, wasn’t there. He checked the back, came back and said there were none. He then checked to see if it was put aside for me (cause we may have called to have that done) he came back, said it wasn’t there. Then he said there’s 1 more place it might be (storage) he checked there, came back with it in his hand! Then I needed parchment paper, he walked me all the way to the other side of the store to find it, wasn’t there - it was on the very top shelf, there were two left way in the back. He used a step thing, climbed it, and grabbed it from the back for me. Thank you so much, may you be blessed!”
