I always go with my son Enzo to service our alfa romeo and the van. My wife has taken them both mini coopers and we never had an issue with any of their work, the opposite, they're very attentive and the price is veeery fair compared with others. I'll keep doing business with them. We also took a car for inspection and they pointed out some things, even in my last oil change they pointed out some things that needed to take care of. All in all they're very attentive and love their attitude, availability and pricing. Always there for me and honest, so I'll keep taking my fleet to them.”

“I was at Aliso Beach with my two boys (7 and 4 yrs.) in Laguna Beach today. We turned off the car for a few minutes but when I went to go turn on the car, I heard a clicking sound, and knew it was the battery!I called AAA and they immediately sent Cristian to service my vehicle. He got there in10 minutes and was so polite, thorough, and kind. He told me my battery was dead and wouldn't hold a charge. He asked me what I wanted to do and I told him to replace it. He immediately drove back to his garage in the Canyon to get a new battery for my car. It can be a little iffy being at a beach when it's pitch black outside, but the boys and I felt safe and comfortable because he started my car so we could stay warm until he came back. He was back in 20/25 minutes. The entire experience was 5-star because of Cristian and his professionalism!!!”
“After calling AAA not having my jack, we needed a punctured tire to be replaced with the spare, so that we could get it to a tire shop and replace the tire.They were there within minutes and Miguel was fantastic. Instead of replacing the tire he offered to patch it and did it very quickly saving us time and money. Miguel was personable and very informative. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”

“My van blew the radiator while I was driving. I had no choice but to park it in a lot where the business there had moved. That business called Earls to have me towed. When I called them, Sarah answered the phone. She was extremely nice. She asked if there was something wrong with the van and offered their services to fix the issue. Then she gave me a discount on having my van towed because I am a vet. The mechanic Terry called me once he looked at it to give me the estimate and a timeline. The work was done both in time and within the estimate. Labor charges are in line with other mechanics in the ILM area. I will use Earls again and I recommend them. I have read the other reviews and people must remember they are called to provide a service. I understand having your vehicle towed unexpectedly is a big cost, but from my experience with them, if you treat them nicely and with respect, you will get treated that way in return.”

“The circumstances behind my towing were less than fortunate, but I was happy with this company for towing my car without damaging it PLUS they were accommodating when it came to picking up my car. Staff were polite. I can't comment on price because it was an "involuntary" tow but, considering the situation, they provided a decent service.”

My mother and I visited on 8/10/24 at 10:30 AM, and both Jose and Anthony provided us with exceptional customer service. We’ve never had our cars towed before, and they were patient and helpful in explaining the entire process. Despite the stress that often comes with their line of work, they maintained positive attitudes and made our experience as smooth as possible. While I hope I never need to visit the facility again, I wouldn’t mind returning due to the excellent service we received. Thank you again!”

“I called Blairs when my car wouldn't start in a parking lot around 8:30pm last night. The dispatcher was patient and helpful in providing an exact price and ETA. (Other companies I called gave a large price range despite our exact pickup and drop off location address, yikes!) The dispatcher said it would be about 30 minutes, and the driver arrived in about 15 minutes! The driver Morgan was courteous and efficient. He had no problem taking our note and key and providing it to the dealership service department where he towed it. I attached a screenshot of the text message Morgan sent us when he dropped our vehicle off, my wife and I really appreciated that!! It's never a fun time to need your car towed but Blairs made the process as quick and painless as possible. Their prices were more reasonable than other companies I called. It was $185 to have our AWD car towed from Ladera Ranch to Lake Forest.”
