“It was my first time going to CitiBank. I opened an account with them today and I just have to say how wonderful the customer service was and how easy it was. The beautiful Hiba welcomed me and got me the help I needed right away. Just wanted to say how charismatic and attentive she was with every customer I saw her interact with. Osmar answered my every question and made me feel comfortable opening an account with them. He helped me set up my temporary debit card and even helped me set up my mobile account. Going in I was uncertain because of the reviews I had seen, but nothing to do with the service I actually received. Overall fantastic! I am glad I decided to go with CitiBank. Will be updating this comment depending on how my experience goes.”

“I came to this Chase branch based on the reviews and surely they did not disappoint! They took us in to open an account for my mom without an appointment, even though they were very busy on NYE. Randy gave us water and made sure we had all the correct documents while we waited. We were able to see Lena as our banker (who I came for based on her reviews). She was so warm and welcoming and made sure all our needs were taken care of and that the account was tailored specifically to what we needed. She also showed us all the new features they had to offer and made sure everything including my mom's online banking account was working flawlessly before we left. She left an amazing impression and now I know firsthand why everyone is raving about her! I highly recommend this branch of Chase for your banking needs.”
“Westcom is the best credit union I ever had. Great lines of credits to buy cars, and the lowest interest among regular banks if you become a responsible user. Great customer service. I was oversees and my car was denied, I just made a call they check my account and my card was approved for future purchases, in 3 minutes customer service solved my problem. “I liked how they treated me because I went to other Well Fargo banks and they told me that I needed an appointment and I asked for it and when I went to the appointment they told me that there was no person who spoke Spanish. But Mr. Shuntaro treated me very well even though He did not speak Spanish, he was able to help me. I am very grateful to him for helping me.”
“I have very high standards when it comes to customer service, especially when it comes to banks and other financial institutions. For me, I like to do business with local companies and support them whenever I can. For almost 10 years now, I've been a customer of SDCCU and every branch has treated me like a VIP. My main contact has been Laura Garcia, Financial Services Representative. She has always been able to assist me with any problems or questions I've had - whether it be fraudulent checks, identity theft and just recently an issue with PayPal. There were funds withdrawn from my account and Laura took the time to explain how to work with PayPal and retrieve my funds back into my account. Her customer service is exemplary which is why I do business here. Plus, they offer great interest rates on auto loans and credit cards! I love personalized service and that's why I'm a loyal customer.”
