“I've used the new costco gas station half a dozen times now and have yet to wait in line for a pump. The green and red lights at the beginning of each row make it easy to see which pumps are available.”

“This location is very clean and convenient, offering many lanes for service; I recommend visiting during off-peak hours. I believe their prices are more competitive than those at other gas stations.”

“I brought my car in the other day and for service and was so happy with the service I received. They were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Plus, they found a way to fit me in even though they were pretty slammed and my car repair required some substantial work; and all for a very reasonable price. I am always a little skeptical going to a new repair shop, but I will definitely be coming back to Niguel Auto Service.”

“Alan is the service manager. When I turned 16 in the 90s, he was in charge of a service station in Mission Viejo. His honesty and work ethic made me follow him to 3 different locations over the last 30 years. This shop is reliable and does good work. My wife and daughter now bring their vehicles to him.”

“My car broke down on Christmas night. I live far and needed to return with a tow truck . AAA did not have any available tow trucks until the following day. I called an Uber to take me home after waiting on AAA. This store was open window service only the doors were locked. I was waiting 4 hours on AAA by this time it was 1:30:am. The store employee allowed me to leave my car in the parking lot overnight. I returned 2 days later and my car was fine. He made a very stressful situation better because of his kind words .”

“This is my go to spot for a car wash. This place is family owned & offers a full service car wash with detailed center. They offer hand wash from basic washes to professional detailing, for example, ceramic coating (which I have my car done at least once a year) interior shampooing & even headlight restoration. All custom options of wash are decent cost for the outcome of service. The patio waiting seating area is lovely and I recommend early morning weekday visits to avoid crowds & long wait times.”

“Very straightforward Mobil/Circle K storefront. Nice Staff and typically cordial and polite. Kinda small inside, but well laid out for convenience. I only stopped by for my Sip N Save Coffee O' The Day, however”

“Alan and company are just want you want in a neighborhood mechanic. Reliable, honest, interested in doing good work at a fair price to build long-term relationships. Have taken our Toyota, Honda, and Jeep here for service over the years. Couldn't be happier with the work.”

“$4.99 for a gallon of regular gas is a bit pricey for my blood. Perhaps it's the location that makes it more expensive here. The place is beautiful though with great customer service in the store.”

“Eduardo E. at the Cashier desk was so very kind, helpful and cheerful today. I had trouble with the gas pumps and he showed me how it's done! He also helped me understand the car wash. Such a big smile and great customer service!”

“I like this Gas station. Everyone here is super nice and friendly. They have the cheapest gas and diesel around. One of the best things is that they refill propane tanks, so I don't have to go to Home Depot anymore to exchange my tanks. The convenience store is small but has almost everything you need. They sell Lotto too. Kevin is a super nice guy!Thank you, guys, for being here!”

“Visited just to get a couple energy drinks, they had a pretty good selection of flavors/brands so I was able to find the ones I wanted. Store is a little on the smaller size but has a good variety of items. Didn't get anything else or gas so can't rate any of that so I guess I can't give 5 stars. The reason for my review was for the cashier Rodney. He was so friendly and interacted with my two year old son, it wasn't forced customer service pleasantries it was genuine and very refreshing. It helped brighten my day, thank you Rodney!”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
