I was planing to look for the new crimson haze singles but while i was looking, the owner gave me a pack to open and i pulled the lana's assistance SAR from it :D Such a nice place from vintage to modern pokemon cards. “I was creatively stumped. My daughter wanted to use the earrings I wore at my wedding as buttons on her wedding gown. Mishi looked at them, took about 30 seconds and said "Why don't we try this?" She bent the post back to make a loop, even adding hardening glue so the thread can't slip out. Genius! No charge. Very, very kind and left this mother of the bride eternally grateful.”

“This place is so cool of you are a Pokemon fan. Went looking for a gift and found some great singles. They have some graded cards too, but lots of boxes and packs for all the recent generations. Kevin was super helpful and gave me suggestions on what to get. He was really knowledgeable and friendly. The cards are reasonable price, some even less than you would pay at a big box store or GameStop. We will definitely be back.”

I’ve witnessed the lack of training in customer service, so naturally customers are short with them- which in turn makes them less than capable to be kind.I don’t blame them individually, it’s a whole system of lack of training.Otherwise I like the place. Serves what I need!”

“Frames came out great but I was never notified they were ready. I had to call in several days later after the predicted time to ask if they were ready and turns out they had received the frames earlier than the expected time frame. I never even got an email they were ready either. Regardless the employees were great, I think their systems should be updated to make their lives easier.”
