“I'm not from the area, but I enjoyed my two visits to this shop. I think they've been in business awhile and in my opinion, they had a great selection of singles from all sports and eras. I typically just buy basketball, but I enjoyed looking at everything in the showcase, especially the vintage baseball. My only drawback was that the employees (possibly the owners) didn't seem all that welcoming and friendly.”
“Christian is a very knowledgeable and incredibly hard working person whom you can absolutely trust in to give you a fair and reasonable price on coins, jewelry, scrap metal, bullion etc.
He’s got a wonderful pitbull who comes and greets you very kindly and is the most wonderful thing. Christian himself is a kind and well mannered person.
If you’re in or around Orange County this is the best guy you could go to.”
“I'm not a big fan of the website because its not a traditional one where it shows what board games, Warhammer miniatures, or comics it has. Instead it's more of a blog post. Also its one of the few stores that features expansions for board games.”
“So if your a sports fan you have to visit KRS it was literally the most wonderful time and the selection is beyond anything you can imagine.Stan is so knowledgeable and passionate ,can’t wait to go back!
Priceless experience”
“Gem of a store! They have so much more than art supplies and super helpful staff. I don’t know why everyone is saying it’s more expensive than other stores. We got things for my daughters presentation for school and it was cheaper than it would’ve been on Amazon. The quality of supplies they sell is also much better”

“Staff were very polite and helpful. They offer high-quality, gorgeous beads-the store is amazing. I’m a beginner, but I found a great selection of charms there. She let me know about the points program and the classes they offer. Also, you can follow the store on Instagram for any updates. Definitely worth visiting.”
“Sam is the best. I am a newbie and was really hesitant to drop a lot of money. Sam asked me a bunch of questions and we settled on kill team for my play style and budget. I thought that was it but then he continued to teach me all about the different teams and what was easiest and the most fun. Finally when i picked The T'au Empire Sam talked me through a build. I was already blown away by his customer service but as I prepared to leave he shocked me again. Sam invited me back for a learn to play once I was built and gave me his card.
The L2P was great. Sam explained the rules in easy to swallow sections while teaching someone else about the 11th edition rules and managing customers. He was friendly and helpful to everyone.
Sam is an amazing ambassador to the game and should be recognized for his passion and helpfulness. I will be back again”
“I’ve come in here with my son a few times to purchase silver. The lady who works there is so patient and kind to him. I also bought old coins here for my nephew and she was helpful.”
“I love this location. Every time I come here it is so clean and organized. The workers are so friendly. Rose and Shelley F. Are the ones who usually help me out. They are so kind and helpful. Would totally recommend coming here to check it out.”
“As always it was a great trip to treasure chest collectibles:) Picked up some singles and a Arceus Figure Collection Box for the cosmic eclipse pack at a Great Price as well! I was planing to look for the new crimson haze singles but while i was looking, the owner gave me a pack to open and i pulled the lana's assistance SAR from it :D Such a nice place from vintage to modern pokemon cards. If you haven't already, go check this place out! Have a Great Day!”
“Products are well priced. Bought old time candies and watercolor pencils, watercolor paint markers, charcoal pencils, mixed media paper. Not the highest quality but work well for practicing.”
“I came to Michael’s to buy a couple of photo frames and get a custom frame made and frame one of my beautiful pictures that I got from Brazil
And here I met this wonderful young girl called Claire who is so nice and caring so professional
She put so much of her time effort thoughts to make sure my pictures are properly framed. She did everything with a big smile in all her knowledge and pleasure..
She inspired me of how important it is to do a great job just for the pleasure of doing it.
Thank you so much Claire for being an amazing customer service person and just a good person”
“My son loves coming here and exploring all the Pokemon cards. All the people working here are super nice and patient and knowledgeable. Z in particular spent nearly an hour with my little guy doing trade-ins and sharing knowledge and just being super cool. Awesome store with excellent vibes!”
“Extremely helpful. More expensive than I thought for matting but the sales person was very helpful in coming up with an affordable set up for a framed & matted gift for a friend of mine.”
“If you're a fan of cute gifts, home items, accessories, and all sorts of sweet miscellaneous goods, this store is a must-visit!
One of my favorite sections is the stationery-adorable pens, erasers, pencil cases, and stickers that make any desk setup more fun. On this visit, my heart was completely stolen by fluffy magnetic keychains-so soft and charming!
The store also has a nice selection of tote bags, perfect for everyday use.
For plush toy lovers, there's an amazing variety from the Nintendo universe, including Koopa Troopas, Mario mushrooms, Luigi, Bob-omb, Boo, Yoshi, Princess Daisy, and more. If you're a Hello Kitty fan, you'll also find plushies featuring characters like My Melody, Cinnamoroll, Kuromi, and Pompompurin!
Beyond plushies, there’s a great range of plastic figurines, including anime collectibles. The homeware section is equally impressive, offering mugs, glasses, bowls, mugs with lids and figurines, teapots, and thermoses.
Overall, this store is a treasure trove of cute and unique finds!”
“I placed an online order for pickup in store. The order was ready within 2 hours and pickup was quick and easy. An employee even checked to see if I found my items ok.”
“Emily went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect frame for my diploma. Even though she was about to leave for the day, she stayed over an hour to help me find the right frame and make sure everything was just right. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making the final product look great.
The finished result turned out even better than I expected—it looks amazing! Emily’s outstanding customer service and dedication made the whole experience enjoyable. Thank you, Emily, for going the extra mile. Great job!”
“I expected it to be just another craft store with crowded aisles but I was SO wrong I actually walked around for way too long because there was so much to look at and I found exactly the paint I couldn't find anywhere else the staff were so nice too they actually walked me over to the right section when I looked lost
it made my day Ive never had that kind of help in a store like this before I'll be coming back here instead of the big box places
you dont get that kind of thing often and it meant a lot”
“Thanks G_d for Michaels! Please shop there and continue to support our community's real store.
My kid wants a shirt for her tie-dye project in school and she told me the night before. We went in Michaels the next morning at 9:00 a.m., and got the shirt without any problem. Beat Amazon in every way! Clear labels, nicely arranged shelves and she can pick the right size. Really appreciate Michaels being in our community. The price is great as well. A total pleasure.”
“I am a huge fan of Michaels. Especially for your framing needs. There is so many selection of frams to choose from as well as the option to customize it. Staff here is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I like when the staff cares and helps you find affordable solutions to your framing needs. Other sections of the store not as organized but I tend to check out their Clearance aisle for fun.”
“Frames came out great but I was never notified they were ready. I had to call in several days later after the predicted time to ask if they were ready and turns out they had received the frames earlier than the expected time frame. I never even got an email they were ready either. Regardless the employees were great, I think their systems should be updated to make their lives easier.”
