Good local inventory for cards next day.Prior to Covid I had come a handful of times for their Yugioh nights. Friendly staff and players. No issues and had a good time.Getting into Magic over the last year, they have been a good resource for ordering cards online. They typically have it ready the next day at open, or have been nice enough to pull as I waited. The website is older, but once you figure out how to navigate it, it's quick and easy, even on mobile. Cards have always been as described and in good condition. Few times something was out of stock, but they were willing to work with me to make it right. Prices on sealed product are competitive and they have a wide variety of current and past sets, plus the added perk of not having to wait to have it ship.Took my old Yugioh cards to sell and fund other hobbies. They did a thorough job of valuing and gave a very fair price. It saved me a ton of time and hassle to list/ship.”

I’ve witnessed the lack of training in customer service, so naturally customers are short with them- which in turn makes them less than capable to be kind.I don’t blame them individually, it’s a whole system of lack of training.Otherwise I like the place. “I can spend all day in this place and still not have seen everything that's in there it's huge I get lost in there and I lose track of time every time I enter this store it's amazing they have some great sales when they have them and you're not overwhelmed by employees constantly asking you if they can help you or follow you around it's nice.”
“Frames came out great but I was never notified they were ready. I had to call in several days later after the predicted time to ask if they were ready and turns out they had received the frames earlier than the expected time frame. I never even got an email they were ready either. Regardless the employees were great, I think their systems should be updated to make their lives easier.”
