Got here 2 minutes before my actual appointment, checked in online and right on time they called me!! Went in 9:10 and walked out 9:13!! The person who helped me was definitely a pro! “I had the full knee replacement in this hospital on the 28th of this month. It went well... I want to commend the nursing staff for being so kind and caring. Upon arrival I let them know a was a baby and the nurse said don't worry you will be fine! Someone fro the nursing staff was always in the room with me which for me was very comforting...I also have a very caring doctor who checked on me 3 times after surgery...the only issue I had was being booted out the same of the surgery....Denise Payne”

I arrived about 5 minutes early and checked in. There was plenty of seating and only two other people waiting. I was taken in at my exact appointment time.
