I know personally, that this store has supported two very wonderful organizations in our community. I love to support businesses that support the community!! “Found this awesome little baby clothes store by a referral from another retailer. It is kind of tucked up a side street, and the signage is a little hard to see from the street, but once you find it you are in a slice of baby bliss. The store is ran and I assumed owned by the sweetest little grandmother who spent plenty of time connecting with us on a personal level. She told stories about her four daughters and ten grandchildren. She obviously works very hard to bring new and diverse items and clothing because there was so much in such a small space. There is even a small bench and play table to keep them busy. Definitely find this place for the baby in your life.”

“Very cute choice of clothing. You can order some coffee while you’re there and chill in their lounge area as well. The staff are so friendly and the day I went, they even had their cute little dog roaming around the shop waiting to be pet ??”

“Great customer service and conversation always in this store. The brand is a premium brand, and the employees always go the extra mile. In the last few months I've had great interactions and help. Today Robby, was super helpful and went the extra mile. Good energy, good info and was chill. They have high quality products at all times and worth the price! They have a wide variety of socks and underwear for both genders. And then some other clothing. I'm a fan of this brand. Always had their socks but recently wanted a change with underwear. And that's where I went with stance. And my favorites are the poly blend and cotton. Great material and feels amazing. To be honest I was against paying more for underwear whether it's for chilling at home, going on dates or working out- I needed an upgrade for feel and durability. Stance is the brand.”

“Great Carter's store! The staff is super friendly and the place is very clean and organized. They have a sma drawing station for the older kids right by the registers. They also have a couple of fitting rooms to try on clothes. They have a pretty large baby selection for both boys and girls which is great. They always have some sort of sale going on, and the clearance section is in the back right and left of the store for girls and boys.”

“BabyGap has such cute clothes!!! It is Located in the Mission Viejo mall downstairs near Nordstrom. I was always under the impression that it was expensive but i wandered in here recently looking for clothes for my 3 month baby girl. I wanted to buy everything! they had some really good deals and well priced items. Great quality too! I would choose baby gap over Carter's or any other baby clothing brand. The store was laid out very well and really organized and easy to navigate a stroller.The sales people were really nice too and offered to help me find sizes in certain items....very happy with my experience here. I will be purchasing a lot more in the future.”

“I'm a mother of four kids and I have shopped at different consignments in the past. I had a great experience at Up Up and Away. I took my infant and toddler with me so it was a little rough. But the volunteers made it easier by helping me with my bags. I ended up leaving with multiple bags of clothes and unopened toys just in time for Christmas!! One of the owners helped me take everything to my car and loaded it up. I will definitely come back to this consignment again.”

“I have been on the hunt for traditional old school 501 jeans. You may not know that although the tags of many levi's say Original 501s that is not actually the case. Levi has made the leap into more sustainable fabrics so there are many options now with stretchy denim like fabric that looks similar but the fit is really different. I hoped to find actual original 501 fabric in my size but that didn't happen on my visit to this store. The store is well organized with friendly helpful staff though and they did make alternate suggestions. I was able to buy some original 501s for my husband and it was a good experience overall. Left feeling like we had some success.”

“Meredith the manager and MK were absolutely phenomenal! Their customer service was second to none. They went above and beyond to ensure my daughter got the exact aviator nation clothing products she has "wanted her entire life" all 12 years lol. Despite the humor in the situation Meredith and MK called multiple stores and were able to track down exactly what my daughter wanted and have them shipped to our house promptly from NY and San Francisco! They were so kind, accommodating and beyond helpful! Cant thank them enough and we will be sure to shop at the Laguna store whenever possible because these ladies have made a lasting impression and we are so grateful for them! “I can't believe I'm just discovering Abercrombie. I was at The Shops at Mission Viejo and the scent of the cologne coming from the store was so great I decided to go inside. I found an awesome over shirt and was surprised at how great the quality was. Then I received an email about the softest material tee shirts. I had a need for a few and stopped by; they truly are soft af, so I picked up a few. Both times I stopped by, the staff was great and I'll definitely be back to discover more.”
