It sucks that you can't talk to a real person over the phone. I was just calling to see if I lost my driver's license at your branch. Since I can't ask over the phone, I now have to drive there and ask. :(

One of the bank tellers who is old white lady is so RUDE. Just because we don’t know the correct terms. You understand what we’re trying to do. No need to say things and JUST DO YOUR WORK. I might as well stick to Bank Of America.
