“Called in Sunday (1-28) for a quote on a new lightning port for a 2nd Gen iPhone SE. The price was competitive, but I was politely informed the bulk of their repair staff was unavailable that day and to come in the following day. Enter the next day and during the diagnosis/intake of my device I was asked to wait; Turns out my lightning port was just packed full of lint and other debris. The employee (I should have asked for a name -- d'oh!) took it in back, picked the crud out of the port, shot it with an air compressor, and in a matter of a couple minutes we were back in business. I asked if there was a bench charge or if they'd like a tip, to which they refused. When I inevitably do need a cell phone repair in the future I will absolutely consider returning.”

“I recently made some major upgrades to my cell phone service and cable provider and I must say, the customer service I received from "Rick" at AT&T's Sylmar, CA location was A++ (pun intended ?). Rick was very knowledgeable of the stores products and allowed me to inquire about the products I wanted without attempting to upsell me on products I don't need. I left this store feeling completely satisfied as Rick went above and beyond to ensure I received what I wanted at a discounted price. I've been to many AT&T stores, but this is the first time I've been moved to write a deserving review. Thank you Rick and team!!!”
