“We had a great experience with this appliance store. We purchased a stacked washer and dryer, and unfortunately there was an issue with the rinse cycle. I contacted the store and they responded very quickly, sending a repair technician out to take a look.

The technician wasn’t able to fix the problem, so the store replaced the washer and dryer with an equivalent unit without giving us any hassle. Everything was handled promptly and professionally, and they made sure we were taken care of.

It’s easy for a store to be great when everything goes perfectly, but what really matters is how they handle a problem. These guys stood behind what they sold and made it right. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.”

In this time where I've noticed it difficult to find an employee that is enthusiastic about their job and there is such a lack of help at many stores that cater to customers, Dave was a breath of fresh air.
