“After getting several quotes from different places with prices that felt outrageous, I came to Fix it Auto in Lake Forest and immediately felt the difference. One of the owners (Travis) was very personable and a straight shooter, no BS about what actually needed to be done. The quote wasn't suspiciously cheap, but it was fair, reasonable and felt appropriate for the repair. He was honest and upfront. The turn around time was fast. Drop off in the morning and ready by end of day!
The front desk staff was friendly, and the rest of the team was just as nice. The environment felt comfortable and professional, not like a place trying to make a quick buck. It's refreshing to find a shop that values honesty and quality work, which is hard to come by these days. I will definitely be coming back and referring others. Great work, fair pricing, and an owner who genuinely cares.

“I took my 2014 Mini Countrymen in to Maaco, Lake Forest to have it painted because the factory clear coat had pealed significantly on the hood and right side of the car. They painted the entire car (except for the roof) with the original metallic dark green color. The job they did was exceptional. They also polished the headlight lens without being asked. I could not be more pleased. I would recommend Maaco, Lake Forest to anyone who is looking to have their car painted.”

“The best shop for BMW E92 M3 owners.Malek came highly recommended by members in a BMW forum.I brought my car in for rod bearings, alignment and other service. He found a cracked control arm that another shop had overtightened. We decided to replace both sides, he ordered the parts, did the repairs and the only guy I have found who really knows how to properly align a car with fully adjustable suspension i.e. track, wheelbase, camber, caster, then he weight balanced the car as well. Drives great!! Thank you Malek.”

“I had two cars that needed air conditioning recharging - a Ford Excursion / and a Jaguar XK. I searched for a reliable shop (I always research reviews these days) and Auto Electric and Air Conditioning seemed like the best bet. I called the shop, the owner Majid told me I could come in right away (no wait / no appointment) - I did, and 30 minutes later, my Excursion air conditioning is like new! Ice cold! And the price was very reasonable, based on comparisons I got from the internet. I brought in my Jaguar XK the next day - same thing! Fast service, reasonable price! Majid also noticed that the shocks that hold up the hood of the cars both needed to be replaced (neither worked / I knew that / just hadn't taken time to get them fixed). He called, on the spot, got me a price to replace both of them, it was VERY reasonable (much less than I expected), he ordered the parts and they will replace those as soon as the parts come in. I am a very satisfied customer - I would highly recommend them! (And I should add, I am a very picky consumer, so to take time to write an unprompted review for Auto Electric Air Conditioning has been my pleasure!)”
