“I love this place! I've brought phones and my iPad here for various repairs and have always received premiere service. They are always fast, efficient and fairly priced. I brought my husband's phone in for a new battery and it was done within an hour! I won't go anyplace else for my phone and iPad repairs.”

He did not try to upsell us on equipment that we do not need .
Diego designed the system quickly as he has much knowledge of the products offered at Best Buy

“One of the signs of a great company is the RMA (Return) process. We found that warranty coverage, even a year later was absolutely no problem and totally hassle free!!! We use Enterasource for all our Dell and HPE gear. Complex storage options, etc. They are amazing and offered very fair pricing and excellent service!”
“FYI. The new AI phones are coming out. Best Buy is rocking the new computers and phones with the new AI technology. This is going to instantly obsolete everything we have.
The only place left to check out multiple electronics from multiple manufacturers for this area. With electronics I like to a casually see what is available and browse the different manufacturers and choose what suits me the best. Thus I like this place. Best part is the service desk.”

Christian the owner gave me a very reasonable price, stayed in touch with me as promised and the next business day had my computer fixed. I rarely write reviews and took the time to do this because I highly recommend this business and this person. He has integrity and is trustworthy!”

“I had a broken laptop that needed parts ordered and replaced/repaired. I called the manufacturer and they provided with me a couple of certified local options for repairs. I called 3 of the recommendations. Avacom stood out from the first phone call, as Barry was very informative and accommodating. I was able to take my laptop in that same evening. When I arrived Barry explained everything I could expect best case to worse case, as well a estimate of pricing that would be associated in either scenario. It's tech....unfortunately computers, TVs, phones, become obsolete in a very short period of time. I say that because you can't always tell until you get the computer up and running or diagnostics to know the extent. Barry assured me he would contact me as he learned more and he did! He would call to let me know what he found to be wrong, when the part(s) were ordered and expected, what cost to expect. I would absolutely recommend Barry and Avacom Computer Services.”

“When my computer crashed and died, Gaddy was so helpful. He laid out all the options and really listened to my needs. Ultimately I had to buy a new computer but he was able to recover my files and set up everything exactly as I wanted. Along the way he explained so much, I really learned a lot. For as much back and forth as we had his fees were very fair and reasonable. His turn around time was quick. I trust his computer expertise and honesty and would highly recommend him and I will return for service again if ever needed. Plus he is a nice guy!”
