Superb at her job! Friendly knowledgeable, VERY patient (had added process of credit unfreeze, which I did not realize would be an issue ?). Offered me water and reassured me, so I wouldn’t feel rushed. Bought cell service, home internet service and cell phone face protective cover. Her manager, Gabriel, also helped with quirk in the process that was not Myle’s fault. He too, did everything with courtesy to both of us. Good team work is a pleasure to see! Most grateful! SJM”

“Excellent help from Evan Martinez at MH. After multiple attempts in having an issue resolved with a 3D printer and going through multiple communications with technicians, Evan helped with communication and logistics to fix the issue with good reports via email and over the phone, while Matt K. helped with the proper traction to start the process. I give 4 starts to MH, while I give 5 starts to both Matt and Evan who were essential in moving this issue towards the finish line.”

“We went in for a billing discrepancy on our bill that appeared after we returned from our cruise. We knew that calling customer service they would give us the run around and try to day it was our fault. But upon meeting Felipe at the store he informed us that after looking at the bill he can clearly see it was not. So after being on the phone with customer service for over 30 min Felipe took over and made them realize that the right thing to do would be to pay the charges which were their mistake. Kudos to Felipe for his efforts and store manager Eric for wanting help. Regardless Eric said he would take care of it no matter what they say. Thank You Felipe and Eric. That’s customer service????”

“Omg I went into this 711 and Tiffany helped me when I say I will be going back that is an under statement she was so nice and helpful I even tried to give her a tip. I bought more products that was on sale because of her customer service next time your in lake forest please stop in and say hi to Tiffany for me. Thanks”

“Josh, the manager at this store, basically saved the day when my mom's phone was hacked. Long story short, the online Verizon rep, knowing she had been hacked, unenrolled her from their services, making her phone unusable! We were on my phone for hours, redirected, sent to the Fraud dept., sent back to Customer Support, then directed to the local store, who in turn directed us to the corporate store. This took almost ALL DAY! AT the corporate store, Josh cleaned her phone, took care of the details, explained the pertinent to us, and reactivated her phone. After spending hours being rerouted and completely frustrated, this was really awesome. The staff was nice and thorough as well. Thanks, Josh!”

“This location is fine and generally has all items in stock however there is a middle aged Indian woman who is always working the register and she is TERRIBLE at her job. She has a bad attitude, is uneducated on her position, and consistently manages to piss someone off almost every time I'm in here. She never offers a bag, doesn't know the deals on the items and specials in the store so she messes up simple transactions, has a rude attitude, and always has a glare on her face. She either needs more training or needs to be moved to back stock where she isn't in contact with the public; every time I leave and she rings me up I'm in a worse mood then I was when entering. UPDATE: looks like someone took the time to train and help her because I just visited and she was so much nicer and knowledgable so I'm now much keener to visit! She's doing well and this location had what me and my friends were looking for. Very clean inside as well.”
