“Great service. I had a Verizon bill issue and Ashley was very helpful. She guided me through 5 phone transfers with customer service, trying to find the right person to talk to. The issue was resolved. It took some time but I walked away with my bill cleared out.”

“I took my XPS laptop in because it kept shutting down or shorting out and when I spoke to the associate he told me they would take a look and go from there. My laptop had corrosion from a liquid spill. The computer was cleaned up and ready for me within a day and I was only charged $80. So happy with the service.”

“Received 5star service on A difficult to find light switch! I am not electrician and we made a special order for the wrong item. The product was available for pick up the very next day and it was incorrect. I was more than 50% responsible for the incorrect order. Without any charges or restocking fee they re-ordered the correct item and I received it, again within one day. All of this and it was done with a smile and a fair price”
