“I took my XPS laptop in because it kept shutting down or shorting out and when I spoke to the associate he told me they would take a look and go from there. My laptop had corrosion from a liquid spill. The computer was cleaned up and ready for me within a day and I was only charged $80. So happy with the service.”

“Jerry is great. We ordered an open box never used Kenwood dnx5120 (which is like finding a $2 bill considering its age). Shipping was very fast, and it came a day earlier before estimated arrival. The unit itself is just flawless, and came in perfect condition - thanks Jerry!”

“Received 5star service on A difficult to find light switch! I am not electrician and we made a special order for the wrong item. The product was available for pick up the very next day and it was incorrect. I was more than 50% responsible for the incorrect order. Without any charges or restocking fee they re-ordered the correct item and I received it, again within one day. All of this and it was done with a smile and a fair price”

“I went into Metro yesterday and was extremely refreshed by the greeting I got from Vanessa in the Santa Ana store. I am taking a moment on the 4th of July to let you know what an asset she is to your company. She was so helpful, explain the other services that were available to me while helping me with my phone in her hand.I have convinced family members that are Metro here in Santa Ana with Vanessa is the only Network they should be working with. T-Mobile / Metro as a whole has great service and without all the extra nickel and dine fees that add-up. With your flat rate an easy auto pay each month. This is one part of my life that I don't have to worry about ever! Thanks Vanessa you were a gem.Completely satisfied customer,”

“I would like to sincerely express my appreciation to Luis, the manager at the Santa Ana branch, for his outstanding support and professionalism. Although my issue occurred at a different branch and was not his responsibility, he still took the time to listen to my concerns and genuinely made an effort to help resolve the situation. I truly appreciate his willingness to help, his professionalism, and the care he showed throughout the process. His support made a significant difference, especially when I felt that my concern was not being properly addressed at the other branch. I am very grateful to Luis for going above and beyond to help me.”
