The product was available for pick up the very next day and it was incorrect. I was more than 50% responsible for the incorrect order. Without any charges or restocking fee they re-ordered the correct item and I received it, again within one day. All of this and it was done with a smile and a fair price”

“About a year ago, I came to this T-Mobile store to buy a new phone for my father, and unfortunately, the customer service at that time was not the best. The staff seemed unmotivated and didn’t really make much effort to help us. I wasn’t sure what was going on—maybe I came at the wrong time or on a bad day.
Fast forward to yesterday, I received my new iPhone in the mail, but I accidentally removed my eSIM and needed to go into a T-Mobile store for help. This location is only about 5 minutes from my home, so it was the most convenient, but honestly, I was hesitant to come back because of my past experience. I almost drove farther just to avoid repeating that.
I decided to give this store another chance—and I’m really glad I did.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away and only waited about 2 minutes. Miguel greeted me and kindly let me know he would help me shortly. He was super friendly, energetic, and made me feel genuinely welcome. That instantly changed my mood and made me feel more relieved instead of worried.
Diego then helped explain the process and fixed the issue with my phone. Everything was smooth, quick, and professional. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.

“Jose was friendly, honest and patient. There are parts sold in the store but I decided to buy it myself. I had a dvd receiver (Pioneer AVH-210EX), a backup camera (eRapta ERT01) and a clip-on dash cam (TOGUARD Backup Camera 7" Mirror Dash Cam Touch Screen) and the quote of the installation was the best. The job was greatly done and no hidden fee whatsoever. The store may not look as impressive as BestBuy or Fry's but the technician knows what he is doing and it's definitely a plus with a much lower price. Highly recommend.”
