“I had the pleasure of staying here for five nights after a nightmare of seeing the Sonesta Suites. I really loved our corner king suite. It was close to the stairs for my service animals to use the restroom. I loved the complimentary breakfast. And the gym was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and attentive. Malika was helpful. And Enoch the service technician was helpful . We will definitely come back in March for another stay. Clean hotel. And safe location.”

“I don't know why it had a middle of the road rating. The room were big enough for my family. We did get two rooms as their were 7 of us in our party. We were tired after a day at the San Diego zoo and ate at the resturaunt/bar onsite. The food was good. I had a ribeye, kids got pizza and my mom got the meatballs all excellent They were renevating the floor I was on was the only problem as the hallway was narrow for our luggage. Will stay here again on my next trip in the area.”

“My family and I recently stayed at Hampton Inn, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has an excellent location, making it convenient to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The customer service was friendly and professional, and the housekeeping team did a great job keeping the room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. That said, I would like to offer a few suggestions that could make the guest experience even better. First, the breakfast hours felt a bit limited. Breakfast was served from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., which can be challenging for families and vacationers who prefer a more relaxed morning schedule. Extending breakfast to 9:30 a.m. or 10:00 a.m. would be greatly appreciated. Second, while the breakfast quality was good, the menu was very similar each day. Guests staying for several days or a full week would benefit from more variety and rotation in the breakfast offerings. Third, the check-in process was slower than expected at times. It appeared that there were not always enough staff members available at the front desk, which resulted in longer wait times during busy periods. Finally, the biggest issue during our stay was the elevator situation. The hotel has two elevators, but one was out of service. During the busy Memorial Day weekend, this caused significant delays and long wait times for guests trying to move between floors. Despite these points, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The location, cleanliness, and overall service were excellent, and we would certainly consider staying here again in the future. I hope this feedback helps make an already good hotel experience even better.”

“Was here for a Senior Softball tournament going on @ the San Clemente Fields and the stay was very pleasant with big rooms and soft beds (for me at least). And close to where we needed to drive to. Has alot of restaurants near by in walking distance. Also has continental breakfast made in the mornings. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. Would recommend you give them a visit when in town. Good job BW Plus Irvine......”

“This was my home for nearly 4 months back in 2020 when we lost everything to COVID, so glad and happy to say I am doing much better in life and finally have the opportunity to say thank you to this amazing property that treated me like family. Nearly 6 years later and I am still thankful for their welcoming staff member who’s name I forgot he was amazing.”

“I booked this last minute for a weekend trip to Laguna. All the other hotels were booked up, and I was a bit apprehensive about booking this one because the reviews weren’t the best. However, this hotel has been fantastic for the price point. Everyone from the front desk, cleaners, maintenance staff, and breakfast crew was incredibly kind and attentive. The lobby was clean, and my room and shower were spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were soft and supportive. I slept like a baby. The hotel was quite full, but I didn’t have any issues with noise. There was some noise from the road next to the hotel, but it was nothing extraordinary loud. The walls are thin, but everyone on my floor was respectful and didn’t make much noise. The breakfast was just okay, but it was a normal continental breakfast. Parking was free, which was a nice perk. It was only 15-20 minutes to Laguna. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. For the price point, it’s a great stay. I was honestly surprised by how great everything was based on the reviews. us reviews.”
