“I went in today, new store to me, saw some luke-warm revues beforehand. Two guys greeted me, the one more knowledgeable for my item took me to the rack in back and searched for it. We couldn't find the correct switch so unfortunately no sale. But he did recommend another music shop close by that I went to and they had the switch I needed. “Easy as Apple pie!Apple - The Americana at Brand has a beautiful layout with huge large windows overlooking other store, shops, patrons and things to enjoy at this open air mall experience.There is rarely a long wait for service and usually still a great amount of room to walk about and enjoy the classics as well as the latest in Apple software, computers and various devices. Apple at Brand is located toward the back half of the Americana near the parking structure entrance/exit a few feet away from the Cheesecake Factory and directly by the pond and grassy area.I've been an apple user for my personal and professional laptops, desktops and pads, though not an iphone user. You can purchase whatever is in stock online for pickup, drop off devices for care as well as shop in-store as well as by appointment.Genius bar requires appointments, but you can make these in the store as well... Just expect a bit more of a wait.Open everyday until 9PM and as early as 10AM every day of the week (except Sundays at 11AM).”

“Our family room tv went out and our warranty had just expired. I found Dan online, called him immediately and scheduled an appointment. He arrived promptly and knew exactly what the issue was. He gave us the best possible solution on how to fix the problem. He ordered the parts and fixed our TV within the week. “Mark did a great job. I brought in an Aiwa cassette deck from 1994 that has been in the box for over 25 years and it was not working. He replaced the belts and checked/repaired all the functions and the deck now works like new.”

“When my Mom's Panasonic Microwave stopped working I thought about just replacing it. Then I thought about Her having to learn how to operate another brand of microwave. This was her second Panasonic Microwave, The first one lasted about 5 years, This one was just under 2 years old, She was not happy with Panasonic & was thinking of switching brands. I did a little research & found Electronic Design & Services, Sam was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem & got to work. The owner Sam Is what I would describe as "Semi" Retired, He genuinely enjoys his work. He is one of the nicest & warmest people I've met in a long time. If you have the opportunity to bring your malfunctioning appliance to Sam, I suggest you do that. It will make your day better I promise.”
