“I love this place the people who work at this place are amazing nice caring and very helpful I love them I been coming here a few years now and they are always having nice items to purchase and the best part are the prices amazing low price items they not only have used stuff but they have lost of unopened items brand new from electronics to clothing to antiques baby stuff chicken stuff you name it a little of everything my favorite is jewelry and antiques I recommend for everyone to come and check it out yourself a and not only just look from afar but really search for things you will find amazing stuff Felix is really nice person and his workers also are very helpful with anything they even help you carry and pack all your stuff to your car thanks for everything god bless”

“I bought gift cards at the Northridge store. When trying to upload onto my app it said balance was 0 . Customer service on the phone was little to no help. Jerson came to the rescue. He was able to call in and get me to the customer service for gift cards . I didn't get a resolution . They are escalating the case but his customer service was Top Tier . He was kind and understanding that it was an upsetting situation for us . Other employees did tell us this is a common occurrence with gift cards showing 0 balance . That in itself is questionable as to why knowing that Target as a corporation would continue to sell gift cards . But that's not what this review is about Thank You Jerson for doing as much as you could for us with a kind and positive attitude. It truly does make a difference .”

“the 7-Eleven is always clean there is a Clerk their name Juan he is the fricking best I have seen him take care of like six customers at one time with both registers he is so fast the owners of that 7-Eleven should blessed and proud to have a man like that working for them that guy deserves a a raise for sure !!!!!!! and that neighbourhood is rough so I'm sure he deals with a lot of crap with all the Homeless and mentally ill. the owners are Fortunate to have that young man like him working there I always feel relieved when we see him there because we know the coffee is going to be fresh. We know him from our neighbourhood and I can honestly say that the owners of 13003 Van Nuys Boulevard are fortunate to have him working there ! Go Juan your Amazing my husband loves him too”

“7-Eleven has pretty much anything you can ask for in a convenience store. The employees have always seemed friendly and courteous. I usually come here to buy soda after picking up Thai food. It's just like any other 7-Eleven in terms of inventory, but it comes in handy when you need something on the go. One problem is that parking can be an issue, especially after 5pm it can get hectic. There's a bunch of businesses and not enough parking to accomodate them, so finding a spot is hit or miss. I know it's not the fault of the store, but it can make it a hassle to stop by if I don't have someone to run inside the store while I wait for a spot to open up, or I go around the block.”
