“This place is wonderful, if you are like me and want to protect your phone and or need accessories for your phone this place is it. I recently got my new phone in October and have literally cracked the glass protector 4 times since it is always slipping out of my pocket and or hands. With the unlimited warranty the privacy screen protects and is worth the investment especially when upgrading devices”

“So, I originally was at another store that was a Franchise location not a Corporate store, and the Associates there were just having problems with fixing the situation that I was in, so they ultimately couldn't help me and they sent me to this Corporate store location. So when I got there I explained my situation and Stephanie and her manager went above and beyond helping me with the situation that I was in, and they figured out a way to get me what I needed to where I left with the situation resolved and being truly satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend this store to anyone that needs help with getting a new phone, new service, or whatever you need, go to this Store. They offer Top Notch Customer Service.”

I saw Robert on 2 occasions.
First time, was a sad time when my father passed. I couldn't close his internet account since he was paying online and I did not know account number and password.
I could not use his email as well since I had to give up his apartment and internet stopped working and I did not know password to his email
Over the phone I got advice to go special AT&T store , bring his death certificate and they will help me.
First I went to one in Northridge, spent two hours and no help was provided, neither any advice.
Then I went to this location and met Robert. He explained that manager needs to review papers and sign it off, and since she was gone for today it will be tomorrow.
He called me the next day and said it was ready, I came he gave me dad's account number and after I called AT&T , service was disconnected right away.
Today I came because I needed some change in my personal cell phone service. He explained to me in detail what needs to be done ( I need to remove my diseased dad line ), which will help me with changes.
In addition, when I asked about international calls, he added this to my account and explained how it works. Everything was explained knowledgeably and professionally with every detail.
He took his time to make sure I understand everything and answer all my questions,
I could see that.s the way Robert works, he really greatly cares about his work and his customers .
I wish it would be more consultants like Robert.
