“I went to the location in spring valley, and Ivory helped me pick out some products to clean my seat’s. Also I found a great deal, it’s an interior kit for $ 55.00 I got 5 cleaning products, plus 2 Microfiber towels, 5 air fresheners. I went on a Thursday 7/2.
He helped me save money because I was looking into buying three products that was around 45 with tax. So I felt great leaving the store and saved some money. Thank you for your great customer service.”

“I’m extremely satisfied with the work TNT did on my car. I honestly did not expect this level of transformation.

I was in a car accident about three months ago, and while the body shop repaired the damage, the paint job was not great. There were noticeable swirl marks and imperfections left all over the side of my car.

I brought my vehicle to TNT today for detailing, and I am blown away by the results. My car looks just as good as it did when I first bought it, if not better. The paint is incredibly smooth and noticeably shinier. They even buffed out scratches that I thought would be permanent unless I repainted the car, but they managed to remove them completely.

On top of the amazing results, the customer service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the entire experience was smooth.

“I initially called Hil, the owner, of Showstopper Auto Detail Superstore because I needed to pick something up for our organization but he was super helpful and so knowledgeable about all things detailing cars. They have been in business since the mid 1980’s and his father’s passion for cars trickled down to him. They manufacture their own car washes, coat protectants, interior cleaners and more right next door to deliver a superior product. I bought a few items to maintain and protect my husband’s sports car after Hil explained each products’ purpose. He explained how to best use their products and was happy to answer any questions. He also has de-ionized water there for sale too to prevent water streaks and spots. Great local business in Santee! I’ll be back!”

“I had a wonderful experience with Fix Auto in El Cajon. They provided excellent hospitality and immediately offered me water and coffee when I arrived. The staff was incredibly kind and even offered to call Enterprise for me, which I really appreciated. They also had a great sense of humor, making the entire experience enjoyable. He got back to me with a precise quote and availability within just a couple hours. I booked an appointment for the next day.Brendan showed up at my home right on time, explained to me what he's going to do, and got the job done in under a few hours. He did such a fantastic job. I haven't seen my car looking this good, ever! I had some pretty deep stains in a couple seats and Brendan was able to get most of it out - even better than I had hoped. I was able to have them assess, quote and fix my car all within a week!! Candice was helpful through the process and is such a great personality to have at front desk! Our technician, Erick, was thorough in walking us through the repairs done when we picked our car up. I have no clue what to look at the car, my boyfriend however does, so it was nice to have someone level with both of us. Richard has been in the industry since he was 16 ,starting out as a detailer back in high school, then mastering window tint, and eventually advancing into full vehicle wraps along with commercial window tint contracts. “I would like to write up and share my personal experience working directly with Bob at Coachwerx for over 10 years. I've taken 3 of my vehicles to him over the years and received nothing but quality work, excellent communication, and amazing service every single time.

In 2015 I took my black 2009 F150 to Bob for some dents in the door. This is when his shop was over in Lakeside/el cajon and he worked directly with my State Farm insurance, repaired it quickly and it looked brand new. He even fixed a few small dents in the rear fender that I didn't ask him to.

More recently, last year (2025) I took my 5th wheel trailer to Bob, as the stickers on the front cap had been disintegrating and wouldn't come off, and they had ruined the paint. I asked him to remove the stickers and then repaint the front cap the original white color. His team did an excellent job, finishing the work quickly and it looked better than it did when brand new.

Finally, I just recently (Jan 2026) took my 2016 F250 to Bob as I had accidentally backed into the hitch on my 5th wheel and put a dent in the tailgate. I brought it over for his team to look at, and they took the tailgate off and kept it to repair so I could keep my truck in the meantime. Within a week they had repaired it and asked me to come by so they could reinstall it and adjust everything. His team went above and beyond the already perfect repair to the metal and paint, and reassembled the handle, did some extra work to help me out with a tailgate soft close shock I had installed that had broken, and helped sort out some issues with my backup camera.

In my experience working with Bob and Coachwerx for both vehicle and RV repair, as well as paying out of pocket and going through insurance, I have had nothing but great experiences and received excellent service. I would personally recommend this shop, and I'm happy to be a referral for anyone who is considering it.”
