“Service: Collision repair, body work, paint, paintless dent repair, frame/alignment, RV repair, and more. Customer service: Reviews frequently praise the staff for being friendly, explaining the repair process, and providing updates. Carwise reviews particularly highlight communication and repair quality. Experience: The company says it has been family-owned and locally operated since 1984. Insurance: They help customers work with insurance companies and can assist with claims and adjuster communication. Convenience: They advertise rental-car availability, towing assistance, and a customer shuttle to/from home or work. Warranty: They offer a limited lifetime warranty on qualifying work while you own the vehicle, with specific limitations and separate warranty periods for some paint, mechanical, and decal work. Certifications: They advertise I-CAR and ASE-certified technicians. Potential downside: Although the overall feedback is very positive, some reviews mention occasional communication or timing issues, so I wouldn't write the review as if everything is perfect.”

“This is the second time David detailed my SUV and again he did an awesome job. He was on time and was meticulous when detailing my SUV. He made a 5 year old vehicle look new again. I will definitely use his services again.”

“Every time I think my old car is done for, Baja Auto Works brings it back to life. Amazing customer service and fair pricing. Liz is so communicative, responsive, and helpful when explaining car things to me lol. I can feel that the team there does a thorough job. I feel safe in my car again each time I get it back, and feel so taken care of by everyone at Baja Auto Works.”

“I initially called Hil, the owner, of Showstopper Auto Detail Superstore because I needed to pick something up for our organization but he was super helpful and so knowledgeable about all things detailing cars. They have been in business since the mid 1980’s and his father’s passion for cars trickled down to him. They manufacture their own car washes, coat protectants, interior cleaners and more right next door to deliver a superior product. I bought a few items to maintain and protect my husband’s sports car after Hil explained each products’ purpose. He explained how to best use their products and was happy to answer any questions. He also has de-ionized water there for sale too to prevent water streaks and spots. Great local business in Santee! I’ll be back!”

“I’ve been going to Visual Aspect in Santee for years and they never fail to impress. Richard has been in the industry since he was 16 ,starting out as a detailer back in high school, then mastering window tint, and eventually advancing into full vehicle wraps along with commercial window tint contracts. I still remember the first cars he worked on when we were teenagers, and it’s been awesome watching him build this business from the ground up into the top-tier shop it is today. He’s handled ceramic tint, paint polishing, and 5-year ceramic coatings on multiple trucks I’ve owned over the years, and every single job has been flawless. The attention to detail, quality of materials, and pride in the work is unmatched. The shop is clean, professional, and the customer service is always excellent. If you’re in the Santee/San Diego area and want window tint, wraps, detailing, or ceramic coatings done right, go see the team at Visual Aspect. You won’t find better work or a more trustworthy shop. I’m proud of my friend and highly recommend them!”

“Chose Santee Collision because of the rave reviews here and Yelp. It's also in a great location in the East County. Well those rave reviews are justified! Candace and Alex are great to work with. They are professional and answered all my questions. The repair to my car was done when they said it would be and they went over everything at completion. The work is top notch, my car looks great!! I appreciate their attentiveness and the quality of work.”
