Alanis was incredibly responsive from the very first email and made scheduling quick and easy. Even with several of my questions not knowing a thing about this kind of repair.
Shane who repaired my window was fantastic--he explained the type of older window and glass in my rental, walked me through the repair and simple aftercare, and answered all of my questions without making me feel clueless which I was.

“I went there yesterday before work and placed an order for (2) two front tires. The owner (very nice lady) stated that the tires had to be ordered and will be in in two hours. I retired after my two termite inspections and when I returned she had the tires ready for installation. The work took less than 20 minutes and she gave me brand new lug nuts since mine were junk. She didn’t charge me for the lug nuts and the cost of the two (2) tires were better than any other place I’ve ever been, even better than Discount Tire and Firestone. She even takes credit cards and didn’t charge extra. Don’t go anywhere else if possible. You won’t be disappointed and for where her shop is located, it’s very clean and organized. Thank you!!!”

As a woman, I tend to get taken advantage of since I don't know anything about cars. Not with Hector. He always lets me know what will next to replace too. Never over priced. I went in to get my transmission fluid replaced and he also was able to fix my headlamps and showed me things that needed to be repaired and the reason for them, explained everything to me and my husband showed us the things that needed to be done while my car was on the lift. He is our new mechanic for all of our auto repairs. I wish I could give a 10 Stars Rating!!! For excellence, honesty and very knowledgeable in automotive repairs. I had my brake pads and rotors replaced here and I felt the price was very reasonable compared to what other shops wanted to charge me. And believe me, I called around! They did a great job and 6 months later, still no issues. I also just had them do my smog inspection and I was in and out within 40 min! Even though they were very busy and had 3 other customers!
I would definitely recommend this place for brakes and smog inspection to all of my tenants and anyone else out there that is looking to have these services done in a timely manner for a great price!”

“Usually I write reviews when I am dissatisfied ...that's not fair I know but ...the excellent service, quality of work, and exceptional level of communication makes this the exception and hopefully more the rule! Our heavy duty truck needed an emergency repair after it incurred damage on the freeway . Pulling a 43 foot trailer with dogs and a child in tow made it stressful! George fabricated a repair of a part that is no longer available , got all of the parts and had us back on the road in about 24 hours! Despite no appointment and his busy schedule he got us going for a fair price! He even made room for the trailer so it would be safe . Kim communicated every step of the way! She let me and the dogs wait in the office and made sure everything was flowing smoothly!! For hours !! and made me feel welcome. I would recommend regular service and major repairs of heavy trucks to use this company ! Veteran owned is a bonus for me.”
“I took my doghouse that covers my rv motor in to get it reupholstered in black. My rv is a 2006 so they had originally put an old tan/beige carpet on it. We are renovating our rv and wanted everything black in the cab. Enrique showed us different materials he had and we chose the highest quality. He asked us when we needed it done by and had it done within a few days. He did a great job. Very professional. He charged $40 less than a shop down the street quoted me. Highly recommend.”
